My Querier with consignment no RL[protected]IN has been stuck in delhi international mail centre for last 3 months. There is no update on my querier.
It is a very urgent document and important to reach Canada as quickly as possible
Could you please expedite the process considering my situation?

I have returned the courier through india post on 23/11/2020 back to Germany because of the distorted packing with above mentioned tracking number but it has been stuck at Delhi international mail center as per the tracking information. Kindly look into this and I am attaching the screenshot of the same for further assistance.

This is a complaint about multiple non-delivered packages in need of resolution. They are currently at the delhi international mail centre (Dimc). I'm waiting for a parcel that was shipped out 6 months ago and fear that the replacement parcel is also going to be neglected at the dimc. The dimc has failed to update the shipment status or to release the packages for delivery for unknown reasons. The packages are needed immediately.

The tracking number for registered post is rh[protected]in, and it sent reached to delhi international mail center around 22nd april 2019. Since that time, status is not showing if it reached canada.

If you would say it is in transit, then that excuse is not acceptable. Could you please track this on an urgent basis as it is already been over a month?

We got to know this tracking number from kurukshetra university who were not picking up their phone to let us know the status and therefore we physically have to visited over there to know the tracking number since documents were sent on 20th april 2019 from their end. (If you think why raised this now after a wait of one month)
