I have sent 2 packages to potential customers in Kanpur.
These were both free trade samples and the actual value of goods is approximately USD $1.00. The relevant paperwork was included with the package.
The tracking numbers for the packages are:-
LP[protected]TH & LP[protected]TH
These have been stuck in customs clearance so far for 11 days, with no legitimate reason that I can see.
This is seriously affecting my business and could result in the loss of any future business from the potential customers the samples were sent to.

I am contacting you regarding mail with tracking number RP[protected]IN/[protected]
This mail was sent by APEEJAY COLLEGE OF FINE ARTS JALANDHAR ON 21/10/2023. and this mail is stuck at Delhi International Mail Centre since 23/10/2023.
This mail contains my official documents which were supposed to reach in Canada in the office of

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding a recent incident with a shipment sent through India Post, and I seek your assistance in addressing this matter urgently.

My brother posted a letter from Dehradun to Canada, relying on the advertised commitment of India Post to deliver urgent documents within 4 to 10 days. Unfortunately, the letter is still stuck at the Delhi International Mail Centre for more than 13 days. This delay has caused significant distress and inconvenience, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of the document.

I am concerned about the lack of progress in processing the shipment, despite the commitment made by India Post. The purpose of this complaint is not only to bring attention to the delay but also to urge the authorities to either meet the advertised delivery timelines or cease promoting such commitments altogether.

The current status of the shipment jeopardizes a financial transaction, and if not resolved promptly, I stand to incur a loss of $159 CAD. Given the urgency of the situation, I kindly request your immediate intervention to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of the said document.

I understand the challenges posed by international shipments, but it is essential that the advertised commitments are met to maintain trust and reliability in the services provided. I hope that this matter can be resolved at the earliest to prevent any further financial losses

The item has reached delhi from sydney on 29-05-23, but still has not reached chennai evean after 8 days. please provide the status whether it is in transit or lying in dlehi or when will it reach delhi...

I couriered important documents from USA which are related to my Education Loan, but DELHI INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENTRE is holding the parcel without any update or intimation.

Parcel was delivered to DELHI INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENTRE on 20-JAN-2023 but till date there is no progress, and there is no update from them why it is located for such a long time, the delay in this delivery will effect my Education loan and it is creating chaos at my family as they are having pressure from bank officials.

Hence requesting your intervention in resolving this issue. If any customs fee needs to be paid please let me know(until I didn't got any alert regarding this), I can pay from my end. If no customs fee is required please make the delivery happens to next step.

The Registered Post Letter RV[protected]GB has been received at the Delhi International Mail Centre on 22/03/2021. There has been no update on it for the past 6 days. I had ordered something from the USA. The seller shipped it via USPS on 20 Jan, 2021. It reached India on January 23, 2021. Ever-since then, it is stuck at Delhi International Mail Centre. the tracking number for the same is UH[protected]US. This means, that since a month, it is lying at a government warehouse. I am appalled. It needs to be released as soon as possible. Recently I purchased something from the UK and used a private courier company. Item reached me in 15 days, without any hassles. How do you expect us to use public services if this is the case.

My parcel with consignment no ru[protected]gb has been stuck in delhi international mail centre for last 7 days. There is no update on my parcel. I have not even been contacted by them. My letter that i need before leaving for the uk (Consignment no. Rz[protected]gb) still has not arrived. It's very important but has been stuck in dimc for so many days. They have given wrong numbers everywhere. Cannot even contact them. Please send my parcel soon. I need it before the 10th of september, 2020.

My visa extension letter was posted from germany on june 5th via deutsche post to india. On june 9th it was mentioned that the post was delivered to dimc. Since then no update was informed. My current visa is about to expire in 2 weeks. I have booked flight ticket already and if i don’t get the visa letter in time, i will get stuck here for another half a year.

I have ordered a cosmetic product through strawberry net, an online shopping portal for perfumes and cosmetics. The current status shws as (Transfer from office of exchange (Inb) since the date of arrival. My address is located in bengaluru and they have to send it to bangalore sub fgn post office, for it to reach me. I dont understand the need or the reason for the undue delay.
