My order no is DD5392 of rs 1199 which I ordered from 'Designerdepot'. I have received however this is very disappointing that this is completely different then i ordered this is not expected.
So since the day i received i am trying to return it but their is no such way to return as their email id is not correct and their is no customer care no, even though they have not provided any way to return or exchange the product because they are making fraud of customers so be careful before buying a product from such fraud sites, it is not only loss of my money but also my time and may faith.

I did order two set of kurta from designer depot instead got two very cheap quality saree.The mail they provided is bouncing back.No point of contact.Kindly see to it .They are running a fraud online store and Advertising it

I have ordered 3 anarkali suit on 13 april 2022 rupees of 3699 and i received 2 damaged saree on 16 april 2022.when i ordered then a call also come for confirmation and that numbers not receive my call. Is this site fraud? Please resolve my issues otherwise i take legal actions against your team

I ordered cotton suits but today I received cheap wrong material which is nt relate to my order I want to refund my money back

I have ordered 2 suit sets on 5th April and i received 3 sarees instead on 10th April. The quality of the sarees are so pathetic. I tried to email on the email id mentioned however the same is bouncing back.

I called ecom express they asked to call i think logistics to get the seller details. There was no contact number however through there chat menu they provided me an email id which is [protected]@kidzi.com.This email id also does not exist.

Request help in getting our money back.Total amount is Rs 2549.

I ordered a anarkali suit but upon delivery i received a wrong product a silk saree and a dupatta. They are literally fooling the customers. No customer support available. They do not receive any phone call. Also the support website do not exist.

Order two beautiful looking salwar suit and got one low quality semi stitched lehenga and one worst quality tacky looking saree. Fake website fraud. I want my money back. Also they support mail id doesn't even exist.
