I ordered a camera lens and paid a token amount of 1000, post payment they stopped receiving my calls and no response whatsoever.
I have also filed a police complaint.

I booked one keyboard in your listed company DETECH DEVICES P LTD. on 29.07.2023 and accordingly I paid online Rs.546.00 on 29.07.2023. After payment they sent one invoice mentioning my order no. 54130 and delivery will be normal. On 4/8/2023 to 15/08/2023 total mailed to [protected]@detec.in 5 times and they also sent mail on 07/08/2023 and 16/08/2023 written as WE WILL DISPATCH IT BY THIS WEEK. They have given phone no in website as [protected] and whats app no.[protected]. The nos are not responding and phone to my daughter on 14.08.2023 for another Rs.300 to be paid. I did not pay that amount and after searching reviews I confirm that DETECH DEVICES P LTD is a fraudulent company and all are cheated by them. Till 16.08.2023 they did not deliver the product.

I have ordered the pens on 21/11/2022 after placing the order I have called them multiple time and sent messages also there is no respond they are cheating the money and sending the product if I called them they will threaten us.
Please take the necessary action on them..

I have purchased one Bosch dishwasher. Order no.50961. They sent a dented, used item. Not ready to take return. They mailed me we will refund Rs.5000. But not refunded nor arrange to return.

Fraud company payment deduect but led sill not recived

I ordered the cricket kit bag from this site. They were asking for money before delivering, I paid the money too. Only email has come to pay the money, after that it has been almost 20 days, neither the company is responding to the message or email, nor is anyone picking up calls from the contact number. Some have even put my number in the blacklist. And the number listed is also a wrong number.

I placed an order online on the online portal on 14th DEC 2022. I have pad 935 Rs. advance payment through credit card . after 4/5 days I started calling there numbers available on there website . she says, this time no more staff so your product could be 2 3 days late . again I called after 4 5 days. but no any response . now phone is not picking.

I ordered before 7 days ago and no intimation received please registered my complaint and respond

I placed an order online on the online portal on 20th aug 2022 .I got immediate call from no-[protected](Kiran Agarwal) for advance payment for the delivery of product .I have paid 500 rupees advance payment through google pay .After 4/5 days I started calling their numbers available on their website .No response from them .from any of the mobile number .

They are bunch of fraud .Please take necessary action immediately .Else they will cheat more people .

This is a Fraudulent site. I lost about 14K! I booked one photography accessory and paid in advance 100%. ( Just as we do on Amazon or Flipkart)I tied follow-up in multiple ways but there is no response. I have launched complaints in Cybercrime and consumer forum. but as expected there is no progress on that front! the only thing that remains with me is to send alert messages in such forums so that others will take care!

I order a printer and order no 19317 that was I received on 6 of June 2022 with payment of 12400/- rupess I received in morning office time and that day in evening when I opened the order box and saw that the printer was totally depreciated products and not any lock was working and properly skrew all the paich and with any power cable, data cable, both paper trays was missing in the order that regarding I call to [protected] suman mam she told that we are resolve your problems first you send the printer photos that the part of printer was defective so that I send all the photo of printer to that mobile number and called to[protected] and [protected] I called them many time they all promised me to that they were solve my problem and asked for refund also and also complaint to your mail and complaint several but till date no result
