False commitments, delayed processing and rude staff behavior

I have purchased a Hyundai Santro from TRUE VALUE Salt Lake branch on the 21st of October, 2022. Prior to booking we had poited out issues such as rear left door lock, tyres leakage, etc. The salesman at the time of booking commited that all such checks and fluid top up will be madatorily done prior to delivery on the vehicle. On the delivery date, the salesman kept on lying due to delayed delivery from the commited time of 4 PM with excuses like..car is in quality check, there are other issues detected.. etc. Finally the car arrived at 6 PM and the staffs were very reluctant in completing billing formalities. The car was finally collected at 8PM wiyh the commitment thatthw final invoice will be provided the next day and due to hurry they did not allow any final checks.
The next day it was found that none of the pointed out faults were taken care of. They did not even do the minimum servicing like mobile change.. and tyre inspection. We are yet to receive invoice till now and on multiple follow up the saleman is rudely reciprocating. When informed about the faults not being looked into, the saleman was very rude and blamed us for not checking the same on delivery. We have been following up about the invoice and still to receive the same.

I have booked a maruti alto k10 on sep 21st and today is oct 4th, the car is not delivered yet and i have not got any updates on the same. Dewars garage cannot provide me any confirmation of the date of delivery. I complaint this to customer service and the behaviour/resolution i received really dissapointed me. This is not as per my expectation and i will never recommend/go into a deal with dewars garage in future.
Before the payment was made i received regular call from the sales executive and once the payment was made i came to know that they do not have the car in stock. They never informed me that they do not have stock and forced me to do quick payment which i managed and did. I am very dissapointed because they always lied and was never good at their commitment once the payment was made. I am still not sure when the vehicle will be delivered.

My car, the new dezire vxi bought in june of 2017 was sent for repair’s in october after an accident. After all the insurance claims and sanctions the car was supposed to be delivers to me on the 8 th of december 2017... But it’s 29th of jan 2018 and still they have failed to deliver my car. I am a doctor and always need a vehicle as i am in emergency services at my hospital.
I request you to deliver my car by 30th of jan due to important personal reasons. If not then they should provide me a vehicle for my daily chores. I need my car anyhow by tomorrow. Please help it’s more than 4 months and i am tired paying for my instalments road taxes and taxis. Urgent help required.

denying to give 42 points check-up report

In a bid to check the condition of the car, my swift diesel (Reg no. Wb06a7649) was given to dewar garage, british india street. They picked up the car from my place and in the evening, they submit a bill against 42 points check-up. However, report generated through 42 points check up list was not given to us saying that that's an internal document.

Delay in delivery car

I nazrul islam molla prop. of n. tina dresses (add:metiabruz, kolkata-700018) booked a celerio vdi car by rs.5000/- on 18.06.16 in dewar's garage ltd, (address:4 council house street, kolkata, phn[protected],[protected] as per order no-sob16005263.
We paid rs.565000/- balance amount of car on 28/07/2016 by instrument no-067310, as paromita (representative) m-[protected]) said car is in stock & able to deliver within a week.
But after realisation of cheque, paromita told us to contact their senior (name not known-m-[protected]) regarding this matter. her senior told us, he is trying his best but for some reason not possible to delivery the car now. and now he told that dewar's garage must be deliver car to us but unable to fix the date of delivery.
Its very difficult to us how to settle down the matter. we are requesting you to do needful action for delivery the above mentioned car as early possible.
Already we are suffering a lot.
