My cdc is been approved for more than 20 days but still not dispatched

My Renewal CDC application no - SMO(M)/2022/[protected] applied on 11 th may 2022
Application approved after 7 days.

. Now status shows application approved.it's more than two month.

.kindly request you to dispatch the cdc as earliest I have to join a ship.

My name is vigneshwaran, INDOS No. 22ZM6936 . Sir I have applied my application for CDC and it's been 12 days and it's still in Under process and there is no way I can contact the authorities because all the contact details which is mentioned on the official site are wrong. My application no is SMO(M)/2022/200245.I don't know what is the status of my application, it's been 12days neither they are rejecting nor approving......
