Hello sir, this is too much i use dhani app for transaction of my balance thtough dhani pay card with 2% cashback, the problem is money is going deducted instantly but didn't credit to the account that i pay also no cashback over transaction with fhani pay card,

I have more then 1 statement for balance deduction please check what was hoing wrong, and what my card trasaction lit for a month.

Hello, This is Biswajit from Odisha. yesterday i tried to add money in Dhani app wallet. Money is already deducted from my bank account but still am not received it in my Dhani wallet. I tried to reach Dhani customer care but my call couldn't be connected. Please support to get back my deduct amount.

I have transfer a amount of Rs. 200 from dhani app to my account on 11.05.21 but did not received yet. Plz suggest me to get my money back

I had placed order for emergency medicines however since the eta of far i cancelled the the order however the money was not credited back nor was the amount was not credited in the wallet.

I waited for 24 thinking the process takes more time however i got a call from random number he said i will show u the process how to proceed he tried to ask me lot of weird questions which bank the payment was done you will have to open your bank and will send you a code it was all red flag but he had the details of the order name address what was the problem with the order. When i denied to give any details of the bank he said you wont get any refund go whatever you want.

I dropped an email to the company explaining that i havent got the refund with no response just an auto reply that the team is checking.

Requesting your help how to get the money back.

I was transferred wallet to bank on 7th april 2021 8th and 9th also
amount 110, 100, 100, 1004 each but still not crtedited from last 4 days complaint given and mails send evenutually they are simply telling within one day next day and next hours like that only
please post this and resolve my issue
