I had an overdue payment of ₹ 5, 400 with Dhani loans for more than 12 months. Which I was unable to pay due to unemployment. However, I made the whole payment on 30th June 24, which was displaying on Dhani app.
Dhani app was displaying total ₹6788 overdue, breakup was as: ₹5403 (overdue) + ₹1385 (penalty). Right after receiving the whole payment of ₹6788, they started showing another ₹1767 due as subscription fees. I have cleared my dues along with the applicable penalty, they are now enforcing me to pay extra 1767 as subscription fees of one freedom card which was not there while making the payment and nor is it reflecting in my CIBIL report. Previously showing 6788 due then suddenly started showing another 1767 due to be able to download an NOC. Their customer support is not responding, and recovery agents are misbehaving over call. I'd be highly obliged if your team could look into this matter and assist me in getting an NOC from them. My CIBIL is being affected severely. Thank You!

Loan closed still showing overdue in cibil report, sending so many mails to customer care about overdue, but no response.
Kindly help to resolve the issue.

Indiabulls Dhani charging illegal interest, illegal subscription fees illegal exorbitant interest penalty charges against their one freedom credit card, they have given a credit limit of 25000 just to befool, from the past 2 months they have revised the daily credit limit from rs 2500 to rs 1250, they have restricted the use of the card to only their website, their card cannot be used for any offline online purchase or bill payment, stating some new rues rbi policy on the other hand they are floating you tube video that show that dhani card one freedom can be used any where and has a daily cash back of 2 percent, they have stopped my daily cash back of 2 percent also .they have a system to charge on daily basis, and if the payment is not recived they block the card for a small amount of payment for even rs 500, what kind of services are these and they start calling and sending threatening messages, their recovery agents visit the premises and use bad and derogatory threatening language, the customer care people do not how to talk to the esteemed customers properly, they seems to be gundas, dhani customer care never reply to my query on their email, my several queries are un resolved i dont know how to get rid quit this card of this dhani one freedom credit card, they have entrapped me and are looting my hard earned money on daily basis and i am regularly paying their hefty sums on month on month basis, they have taken rs 350 processing charges for this one freedom card from me and they have kept taking charges from me for subscription of this card on regular basis .i am reporting this matter to you please see and forward this matter to their higher officials, this month also i havent used their card ( this month, first week of june i paid them rs 3500 ! against a usage of only rs 2100 approx in the month of may )since it cannot be used any where and dhani store is selling goods on much higher prices and of a substandard quality still they have blocked the card stating that there is a balance payment of rs 2380 on the card .they are not able to tell how this amount has become due now .i am not going pay any thing against their card now and will have to report their mis deads to local administration and rbi sachet and ombudsman, highest level justice giving authorities .

My money got debited for e mandate from my debit card number [protected].But emandate had not complited.to check with dhani no support team is available and given phone number doesn't work.
