I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the non-payment of my conveyance allowance as part of my settlement and the non-issuance of my relieving letter. I was employed at Dhani Loans & Services Ltd. (previously known as Indiabulls Consumer Finance Ltd.) until 1st January 2023 and have faced significant difficulties in receiving my entitled dues.

During my 18-month tenure from 13th June 2021 to 1st January 2023, it was agreed upon that I would receive a monthly conveyance allowance of INR 2, 000. However, I have only received a partial payment of INR 17, 985.00, falling short of the agreed amount of INR 36, 000. This has created financial hardship for me, and I am seeking a resolution to this matter.

Furthermore, despite numerous requests, the company has failed to provide me with a relieving letter, which is crucial for future employment prospects and documentation purposes.

I kindly request your intervention and assistance in addressing this issue. I seek your guidance on the necessary steps to ensure the payment of the remaining amount owed to me and the prompt issuance of the relieving letter.

I was taken dhani one freedom card.
I had cleared all the dues and mailed then to dhani please close my account details.
They send me your account has been closed and deactivate.

After 1 month i had applied for personal loan got cancelled. Due to dhani dhani was not closed my account by this my cibil score getting wrong effect. I had mailed many times but they not closed my account.

It was opened nov 2021 but now it's not closing. I had mailed many times and called to customer care but they are not receiving my call. By the way I want to pay again my dues but they not giving me any response and not closing.

Please suggest me and help me what I to do.

I am getting depressed.

Personal loan

i applied for a loan of 2000 on Dhani app on[protected] my loan no is IPERDEL02758580 after first emi second was bounce then one of their collection agent threaten me that they will register an FIR against me after that i did not make any payment then they do not contact me just sent a mail of demand letter. now in current month they send me legal notice and collection executive without my consent when i mail to them regards this without acknowledging my concern they send me statement of account they are threatening me by sending text message. when i make payment on last saturday through their app it was showing 3480.36 i make payment of same amount now in their app showing 2147.36 is still remaining now they are sending text that I need to come in court on saturday. in text they are giving 1 contact no. i tried to connect him no. of times but i did not receive any response. help me please i am attaching all screenshots of text and pdf of mail.

Dear Sir, I have received approval letter from Dhani personal loan services Limited 1.5Lacs 60 months tenure asking me to pay registration fee -Rs 5150 and again transaction fee of 10500 and again showing the screen shot your loan is approved have to pay stamp duty agreement charges -14500and again insurance - 24500 and RBI document to pay 23880

but i paid amount (5150+10500+14500+21250+19000 =70400 )

As I dont want to lo0se the money which I aready paid .Paid all tha charges close to 70400rupees . Showing their Pan card and ID card .

Dear Sir, I have received approval letter from Dhani personal loan services Limited 5 Lacs 60 months tenure asking me to pay registration fee -Rs 5150 and again transaction fee of 10500 and again showing the screen shot your loan is approved have to pay stamp duty agreement charges -24500 and again insurance - 31500 and RBI document to pay 31500
As I dont want to lo0se the money which I aready paid .Paid all tha charges close to 1.02...

Not responding on Foreclosure of my loan

I have been trying since hours, even yesterday, their customer care number will be always in engage state no one will be online to take call even in the time they mentioned 8am-8pm.
I have even sent mail few days back, but there is no response.
I have even mentioned that i will complain through consumer forum even though there is no proper response.
