Wifi connection often shows in limited mode. As per the instruction i switch off and on the wifi setup for 10sec but it shows no results.This very problem makes it difficult to access or rather say not accessible. Thus a customer like me is being exploited after depositing the connection fee.

i request you to kindly look at the situation and come out with a proper solution.

No service from 5 days and no response

We are using internet connection of Dhanvi internet.

Internet service stopped from last thursday date: Sept 25 2014. First they promise it will start in 2 days after that this limit migrated till Monday mid night Date: Sept 29 2014. Now on date Sept 30 2014. Still we are not able to get internet connection.
