DHL International Courier Complaints & Reviews

I have sent a medicine from chennai india to warsaw poland.
The courier pickup person requested me to give him the doctors prescription, medical purchase receipts and my identity proof.
I have given all necessary documents to the dhl pickup person.
The medicine was suppose to reach warsaw in 5days.in 5days it reaches warsaw but not delivered. I contacted dhl they asked me to contact poland customs for clearance.
Poland customs officer clearly mentioned me that, medicine is not allowed in poland if the origin or courier is outside europe and dhl knows that.
I have sent them like 7 emails and they said they follow strict rules and dhl knows that medicine is not allowed.

This medicine is for the indian national stranded in poland beacause of the unavailablity of flight to return to india during this covid pandemic.

I have sent this medicine for emergency, anx dhl trying to scam its customer. Its a clear scam that dhl trying to cheat their customer for not informing them about the banned items and they are charging and making fake promise of delivering courier on time.

My signature was fraudulent of the conditions documents of the dhl. And my mobile number was not mentioned, instead they mentioned the courier agents number so that i dont get any proper update. Its a proper scam.

Im disappointed such a reputed company making fraudulent documents and charging customers.

Below is the copy of email communication with DHL (Latest first). You may call it ranting letter from my side. But i couldn't stop myself.

Al in all, i dint expect this from DHL.
