Pathetic and fraud company. I booked car transportation with them. While booking they were friendly, explained complete process, and said the net charges would be 13k. Spoke to a Mr Sumit. But once they picked up the car, the ordeal started. They didn't give any updates about the car, i had to follow up multiple times, they were giving number of different people. Then a Mr Amit gave some updates. Instead of 1 week, the car reached Delhi in 2 weeks. And 180km was driven ( not sure how. The drive to loading and from unloading point should have been max 100km). Once it reached, they started asking for money, and that too 23k !! Upon telling Sumit about it, he said he can't help and i have to negotiate with Amit, who was outright rejecting the initial bill and quotation of 13k. We had to budge to get our car. Terrible experience. Don't ever take this fake DHL service.

I booked this company for transporting a car - TN30AK 1816 from Salem, Tamilnadu to Bhubaneswar, Odisha on March 13, 2023
I was told 12k and I paid an advance of 4800K. Later the company demanded 26.5K for delivering car, which also I paid
But after 3 weeks, I get no reply from this company and the numbers are blocked
Please look into the matter as soon as possible

We booked to transport the car from chennai to coimbatore on Jan 27 with DHL movers packers (Not the original DHL). please never believe any name DHL, Agarwal. many fraud companies exist in that name.
