Lost my daughters dress

We gave 10 clothes for dry clean and got only 9 back. We are following up with the Kondapur shop and customer care from last two weeks, but all we hear is that dress is in van or that’s it’s in some other centre but nothing helpful is coming. Dhobilite doesn’t even bother to address complaints until we call and then they say they will call back in 2 hours and even that doesn’t happen.

Lost saree given for dry cleaning

We have given a saree for dry cleaning in the month of August 2023. The concerned individual who took the order misplaced my mom's saree worth 4, 000. They are not giving proper response inspite of continuous follow up.

Dhobilite closed the complaint today as resolved. It is highly unprofessional of a firm that is in customer service segment.

very disappointed and dissatisfied with your unprofessional service. I Had given my white Shoes for dry clean dated 25/12/2022 Order No 379908. I have paid Rs. 379/- through UPI transaction Id –[protected] dated 07.01.2023 for dry-clean service and you said that we have delivered your shoes at your Home. But when I reached home after office no order has been received there then I called your office executive (contact no – [protected] ) to confirm where you have delivered my shoes then your executive said we had delivered your order to house No 756 Sector 4 Panchkula, However My House No is # 756 Sector 2 Panchkula, Then she said Mam give my some more time I will send my delivery boy to sector 4 house and bring your shoes from their place and delivered to your place tomorrow morning but I have not received any call from your side and after that I called you at afternoon and you said we are taking follow-ups from that lady and she said I do not have any shoes. It took 7-8 days more to clear and then I called your executive again kindly refund my shoes amount i.e. approx. Rs.5000/- and she said to me as per policy mam we are not refunding your money even if you can take our service.
Then we have raised your complaint on your customer support N0. [protected] via ticket no. 11959 dated 17.01.2023.
Without giving any call, contact or any solution yesterday I got the text SMS from dhobi lite .

Now it’s over one month neither I receive my shoes nor a refund from your side.
This is to inform you that this is not my first order from Dhobi Lite, I am already your regular customer from last 2 years and always you had delivered my all product on my correct address i.e. House NO 756 Sector 2 Panchkula.
Again, we are requested to Refund my Shoes Amount 5000 along with Dry clean charges Rs. 379/- immediately, otherwise we are going to file a police complaint against you.

Complaint marked as Resolved they didn't call they didn't email. even they are not responding to our calls they said we will arrange a call back from our complained section. but no calls receive from their side.
they close the complained approximately 30 times even without any communication.

I gave my carpet to dry clean on 3rd March and expected date to receive it was 9th March, but even on 16 March there is no sign of my carpet . They don’t even bother to call to tell me about the delay and when I call them they ask me to wait more days .

I have given clothes for dry cleaning and washing on 12 january 2023, it is going to be more than a month since i have received nothing from them.
i registered he complaint with dhobilite on 1 feb 2023, where they repeatedly told me that someone from the store will connect with you however no one from any of the stores has contacted me yet.
i visited the store located near to me, that is in Kondapur, hyderabad 500084 on 4 feb 2023, where they told me that my clothes are missing and they need a day to find them and gave me the contact of the sttore manager, however i have not received any call as of now.
i have contacted the Dhobilite customer care daily twice with no concrete response about either my clothes or the compensation plan.
the clothes that i have given to them worth more than 10, 000 and also has a sentimental value attached as 2 of the 4 clothes were gift from someone close.
This daily calling and not receiving any response is damaging my emothional and mental health.
please consider the request, as i am tired to deal with the situation.
