Hi im siddesh yesterday i gave my thunderbird the problem was MISFIRE, yesterday on 30th Dec 2021 when i gave my bike i was expecting the solution for misfire. But i havnt got any solution plus the manger there in market yard MR Rupesh gave me bill of 3600/- and said “i dont know why exactly misfiring is occurred but there are some needs to be changed.
Today on 31 th of dec he called me stating i tried removing front wheel the rods can break while i remove so we will have to change, still im waiting for the reason why my bike is having misfire problem and without the solution my bill has gone more then 4000/- is this service dhone motors give. Im very unhappy.

I have given my bike (Himalayan) for battery check up on 6th Sep 2020 along with some minor checks as the battery was having drainage issue. The rep confirmed with me that they will charge the battery and also check if there is any issue or not. After checking the battery i was informed that if the problem persists my bikes battery will replaced as it is under warranty and its been only 11 months since i bought the bike. When i went again with battery problem to the service center in Viman Nagar they said they have to check the battery again for which i have to pay, It seems they have never checked my bikes battery properly at first place and was lied that it was checked. So basically these guys are conning people and taking money from them. After giving my bike again they are giving new reasons everyday that the battery needs to checked again and again. The question is how many times does these amateurs have to check the a single battery which was already declared dead from their end. They promised me that the service battery will be provided to me and a new battery will be arranged from the battery manufacturer but it seems they are fooling around with my bike in their showroom. I am hoping that they should not mess my bike up for a minor issue and play around with genuine parts of the bike as its been kept in the service center. The service is highly unprofessional and they are conning people. I have read few reviews of this service center and it seems i am not the only one who has this issue

I m Rahul thorat Buy a bullet standard 350 at 2014 at kasarwadi show room but dhonde auto mobile are not give me the RC
I follow up dhone many more times and many more Years for rc of bullet but he not respond me. Now its 2020 is that bullet is legual or illigal plz tell me what shoud i do?

Dhone service center at viman nagar has cheated me by replacing my genuine indori exhaust with a duplicate one. I had left the bike overnight and experienced change in the sound of the bike.
I had a big dent at the lower area of the exhaust and upon checking i relaized that the dent was not there. I immediately understood that the silencer was changed and that was the reason for change in the sound.

Just look at your rating even though not improving. Making fool of customer.
Dont know how royal enfield gave you frachise, there pathetic staff pathetic worker technician. They can wash the bike only not for repair.
I gave my bike from 3 days and its still there and not even got call from 3 days for any change parts etc.

Shame on you dhone, close your shop.

I given the bike for 3rd free servicing at dhone automobiles vimannagar pune, and they charged me a bill of 1250 INR. when they given me the bike I observed that the Engine oil is less and there as leakage from the engine. I informed them the mechanic tried to convince me that it is not leakage it is excess oil from the chain but im not satisfied, So I went to another royal enfield, at the first look itself they told me the there is leakage so i told them to correct it, when they removed the old it was less than 1 litre (2.5 L capacity). and no oil filter was charged which they charged me in the bill, also damaged the gasket, So dhone automobile service just did the waster washing and handover me the bike, So on what basis they charged me the bill???

DHONE Automobile service is Very Bad.
This service total Duplicate service center.
On This Available Service supervisor and machine and Technician Not Trainee Duplicate Manpower provide on service center.

I have got my TB350 on 10th Jan 2015 from Yerwada, Pune showroom. Branch manager Mr. Deshpande told me that Service Book, Insurance document etc. are pending which I should collect latter as they will come from Market Yard (main) branch. Thereafter I have visited Yerwara branch thrice since 13th Feb 2015 but still not received those documents. Every time I go and ask them, they just keep on searching and ultimately answer "No sir the docs hasn't come yet, I'll call you in next two days to come again". But those two days never came till date. My last visit was on 15th Mar. The guy named Kiran, listened carefully, noted my name and promised to call me on 16th Mar. Still no call received. It seems they are bringing the docs from the opposite corner of the earth. MY QUESTION TO DHONE AUTOMOBILES, WHY DO YOU OPEN SO MANY BRANCHES IF YOU CAN'T MANAGE THEM OR PROVIDE STANDARD SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS.

I given my bike on 08 Aug 13 for servicing to Dhone automobiles & i did servicing of my bullet from Dhone automobiles , chinchwad - Pune & i received my bike on 13 Aug 13 after repeated follow up.Job no :- 353.

When i got my vehicle , meter light was not working even it was not starting from next day.

After repeated follow up with dhone automobiles & as per there instruction i try their ways to start bike.

But noone is interfaring in this issue & they are giving me answer that they dont have any person to send to collect my bile or for checking.

I have some queries :-
1. When i collect my bike , i was strict instruction from Dhone to collect our bike before 6.00 PM or else it will be with them.( no co- peration)
2.On saturday , finally i visited & ask to solve issue & i got commitement from Mr.Mayure Nanaware that he will collect my bullet on 10.09.2013.( phone no :- [protected]) but now regreting to do so.
3.Why i should suffer beacause of This type of working style of Dhone Automobile , chinchwad ?
4.even i spoke with Mr.Raju who also regreated to do so as no time for us ( customer).

Please suggest me action to make legal complaints against Dhone automobile as it was also happed in past due to which the agency was returned from old owners.

Also confirm whether this dealer is autorised to do so as i checked on royal enfiled site it is not approved for Vhinchwad agency.

Hi,
This is Deepak Chavan from Pune, I booked Royal Enfield Classic 350cc Bike on 5th Dec. 2009, dealer commited that he will give me bike on 13th Feb. 2010 but he did not & today is 14/04/10 and still he is not giving me bike, whenever i called him, he said that he is not able to deliver a bike now.
I just don't understand what is the exact problem, is there any problem from company production or dealer is lying.
