I bought nokia n73 2 weeks back through ebay. Received damaged product. After either side conversation i sent back phone for replacement. But a week later they claim phone not received even consignment i’d shoes the delivery notification. Ebay also favouring them.in between some name smartshopee involves in this stating escalation team who simply waste.

I had purchased iphone without reading the clear details, i accept its my fault and now when i realized and sent the item back to the store they dint even refund my money back and no response from the company.
they dont even pick up calls nor any mails.
please respond and let me know what can be done in this regard.
the executive calls for the feedback and does not even pick up the call when we want to ask them...
