We have an order with DIGITAL MART on 27th June 2022 for DJI OSMO MOBILE 4, GIMBAL SE, 3 AXIS SMARTPHONE GIMBAL STABILIZER, DJI OM 4X1. Our Order No.#DG9865MT.

But today ie 5th July 2022 we have received the wrong and cheap product STAND LIVE BROADCAST SELFIE STICK XT-02 through DLS Warehouse bearing AWB[protected].

When we tried to contact them through website/email id, both are not working and we found a contact number on Facebook was fake. When we clicked on their Facebook and Instagram ids, they were rooted to https://keenefy.com/. Even this website also not working.

On the parcel, the return address was mentioned as 28/5, Lawrence Road, Industrial Area, Ground Floor, Delhi - 110035. No company Name nor contact details.

We decided to lodge a complaint with Cyber Crime Department.

Hi team, I ordered DJI osmo mobile 4 Gimbal Se product from digital maart site but they delivered wrong product. I got mobile selfy stick instead of that for INR 1699.
