I have ordered product "soundlink revolve[protected] wireless portable bluetooth speaker (Triple black)" which is a bluetooth speaker but i have received a dummy speaker which is not working totally a wrong product and they didnt mention any customer care number and there is no return policy and i just want to mention delhivery courier service - even these people dont have proper information on the sender/seller. I have paid 3999 for this...

The item delivered is different from what was ordered
The seller has not provided any warranty or the order there was frequent advertising on fb the advertisement offered to sell the product for rs 2999 as against the original price of 12999
Further they offered bose make whereas the delivered product does not carry any bose logo in any case the product is not bose ear (Bluetooth) hands free earphones
