Order is not Placed even after making payment it's really a Scam

I Have placed a order of 2pairs of crocs in the Discounts wala company and my online payment is also done but there is no confirmation response from the company people and dealers and I'm not able to contact them also and getting no response for sent mails also this is really a Scam it will be really good if I could get my refund done...

I have ordered 3 pair of crocs and one apple watch worth rps 1639 and the courier charge worth 350 on 18 th February. till now i didn't get any information about my order.order id-119636
