I have ordered a authentic ncert summary class6-12 book from disha publication and they have ordered me a sanskrit book that I have not ordered.now they are not taking action against return and my refund.I have sent them emails how many time and also called them bt they have stop their incoming calls and put their phone on switch off mode.I have paid them ₹363 bt now they didn't response me .
Now I want my refund as well as to take...

I have purchased 28-year UPSC civil services IAS Prelims book. And there are so many Pages missing and not printed, so I want to take this book from me and exchanged me with another. Because this is original copy not any fake copy book. I have attached video so please go.

I have ordered a book for a competitive exam from official website of disha publications on 13th august, 2016 but immediately after making full payment, it showed order status as cancelled. I waited for 2 days and then called them. A person said that it will be dispatched today. But i have not received any book till today (22 august 2016) nor any answer did i receive from them. They are totally unprofessional. My exam date is coming and they are not replying. Please help me.
