Order ID[protected], Ordered books for NEET Exam, but no tracking details provided after that I tried calling customer care not at all picking my call and not at responding in whatsapp also.

Of which I haven't recieved payment receipt nor any information about my purchase. It is so disheartened, I have also tried reaching through whatsaap and asked to resolve my query but nothing fruitful been resulted. I have also tried connecting on phone unfortunately no response been given. Please help me either by refunding my amount or atleast share detail about my purchase and tracking id.

I have ordered a book for a competitive exam from official website of disha publications on 13th august, 2016 but immediately after making full payment, it showed order status as cancelled. I waited for 2 days and then called them. A person said that it will be dispatched today. But i have not received any book till today (22 august 2016) nor any answer did i receive from them. They are totally unprofessional. My exam date is coming and they are not replying. Please help me.
