Diyabaati online shops advertisement on fb. Kurtis sets were so attractive that i selected one and placed an order for cod.
So paid rs * and received it.
After coming home, i was shocked to see the old white cheap quality faded and discolored cloth instead of the actual order. Now i tried to contact this website via phone... (*), it gives automated reply which says fill the form on website and request for return and refund....

I have ordered 2 kurti with price 0f rs.1100/ — but received only very cheap quality saree. I called to the customer support but found that it is not a customer support but a computerized call only. They are taking money refund request through their whatsapp number [protected] and messaged to submit a google form. After submission of the google form there is no respond and also any further message to this number is only one tick mark that...

I had placed an order for a kurti set from diya baati and in return they had delivered a saree of pathetic and horrible, not even worth of hundred rupees. The product is completely different from what had been ordered. There is no way you can reach out to the customer care number as no one responds. It is doubtful whether the number is in use or not. It is fraud company who is cheating the customers openly. These rogue people should be punished....

I have ordered 2 dresses from https://www.diyabaati.com/. this was the worst website, i got 2 prices of cloth which is torned...1st i thought the product was mismatched but after seeing the details.. I couldn't believe how can they cheat the customers like this.. The product was completely different from what i choose & it was just a peice of torned cloth. I have filled the refund form but there is no response....

I want my money back or else consumer court is the option to complaint.. Refund it as soon as possible.. Kindly do not buy anything from this portal, hv looked up, all customers are fleeced by these people. Consumer forum pls act on our complaints. Let there be a scare among these pol who want to cheat innocent buyers...
