I ordered a saree index no. 426 video order no. Diy17168 for r's. 650/- but i got a very poor quality, old, used n torned saree. Sent several e mails n request for return/refund but no response at all. Customer care no. Is computerized, so u can't speak to any body. This company is fraud n cheating the people. Hence it is requested that suitable action must be taken against this company. Thanks

Diyabaati online shops advertisement on fb. Kurtis sets were so attractive that i selected one and placed an order for cod.
I was not at home when a courier was delivered via shadowfax. My family thought that i might have ordered it so they paid rs * and received it.
After coming home, i was shocked to see the old white cheap quality faded and discolored cloth instead of the actual order. Now i tried to contact this website via phone... (*), it gives automated reply which says fill the form on website and request for return and refund. I have done that but there is no response... There is another number which is a whatsapp number... So i again wrote to them on whatsapp but again there is no response... Sent them many emails... But no replies.
It is a complete fraud case. So, plz take strict action against them and ban their selling and shut down the company.
