In the subject matter I want to your attention i.e.
I am already paid from all EMI amount, you are requested to please close my Account from credit score. No dues certificates are attached.
Note: Loan closure details will be updated in Credit Bureaus within 45-60 working days. As DMI promised more than 60 days passed but the account is still active.
Please deactivate my account on credit...

NACH mandate is applied by DMI Finance Pvt Ltd to my ICICI Bank account today i.e.[protected]
even after clearing the loan amount 2 years ago i.e. Aug - 2020

Bounce charges/ECS return charges of rupees 750 are debited from my account.
I did not receive any SMS or mail about the same prior to applying the mandate a day or in advance....
