Delivering Wrong Product inside Original box

Hello.. recently i ordered a msi amd radeon rx 6600 at rs 31000 on 15th july from amazon and i received it today after 6days but when i opened the box it was not a msi card but a nvidia inno3d card which was very old. i dont even know the model of the gpu. There was also rust at the metal panel, I've already complaint to amazon and they said they will investigate and contact me after 5days. but i know how these things work with everyone and this seller has scammed many people before, so i already cased a file against amazon and dmv e commerce. this is something happened to me for the first time and its a huge amount for me, I'm really worried.. I've paid through credit card with an emi option. I've also made an unboxing video but amazon denied seeing it.

Damaged Product
I purchased intel i9-10850K processor from Amazon through this seller. The cost is Rs.41500 and the product I received was very badly packed and the product inside is not in good condition. The seal of the box is not opened but the product inside is out of its packing. The seller is very bad. I'm very much disappointed with the Amazon for encouraging these kind of fraud sellers.

Product : vivo v11 pro
After placing order i was happy that tata has entered online shopping market and name itself is toooooo heavy that it has a weitage and one can trust easily.
I read some reviews written on internet sites by some users, about the used products being sent to customers and how they are being cheated. But i thought maybe it is a tactic used by competitors to defame the name of tata. I had trust on this name so ignoring all the reviews i placed an order of vivo v11 pro. Today i received the product and i got shocked to see the same cheating happened and witnessed by me. I made an unpacking to unboxing video to see and record the authenticity of what i received. It is a used product and signs o[censored]se i. E scratches on front screen, back of phone, phone was not packed in the protective film, the imei number sticker and other information can be seen removed and aftermarks of stickers are there, accessories are re packed, scratches of protection case, the other scratches here and there.
Now i not only demand a new brand phone also i demand compensation from you and seller as a panelty and a lesson for future, for causing mental harrasment to me. And this is purely a case of cheating by selling used product which is unboxed. I request you to proceed with my request and provide me a new ph and compensation too. I want to persue this matter to the highest level so that it should not happen with other customers in future. This is a request from my side to do the needful failing which i'll be forced to bring / repory this matter of cheating to law enforcement agencies and to media too to show the reality of tatacliq.

It is a used product and signs o[censored]se i.e scratches on FRONT SCREEN, BACK OF PHONE, PHONE WAS NOT PACKED IN THE PROTECTIVE FILM, THE IMEI NUMBER STICKER AND OTHER INFORMATION CAN BE SEEN REMOVED AND AFTERMARKS OF STICKERS ARE THERE, ACCESSORIES ARE RE PACKED, SCRATCHES OF PROTECTION CASE, THE OTHER SCRATCHES HERE AND THERE.
Now I not only demand a new brand phone also I demand compensation from you and seller as a panelty and a lesson for future, for causing mental harrasment to me. And this is purely a case of cheating by selling used product which is unboxed. I request you to proceed with my request and provide me a new ph and compensation too. I ordered an apple iphone 6 from paytm with drv enterprise authorised buyer. I was to get an cashback of 6500 + 5% on use of icici credit and debit cards. I got cashback of 6500₹ but did not get 5%cashback. It was written that you will get cashback within 60 days from the date of buying the product. Now it has been more than 90 days. I also complained it on your app with query ref no. 44846995. Your officers told that the screenshot given by me is blurr and i was not able to upload the pdf file in it.
