for taking 3 days extra behalf of not working internet that days

dear sir,
my user id is pradeep_y . my internet is not work at 7/12/14 and my complain no. is 204872. Another day is 19/12/14 and 20/12/14 complain no. is 208851.
because of this three days my internet is not worked due to your problem on server i want three more days on my pack.

no internet connection during morning

dear sir, my user id id pradeep_y . And from few days i am facing problem of no Internet connection at morning it is almost every day . Latest this problem I was faced on 5/12/14 at 8 am to 3 pm and 7/12/2014 at 8 am to 11 am.
Due to their is loses in my 2 days I want compansation.
