SUBJECT:- Complaint of forgery for unlawful used document and fake signature on legal documents as a suriety for loan approval.

It s disshartening to know dat your bank is harrassing a poor senior citizen who was trapped by your bank agent and became guarantor of a borrower who s not paying loan as he claims he has not taken loan frm your bank..
Further you people have not taken action on the borrower who stays in flat and have not sealed his place
Instead you people are harrassing poor senior citizen who stays in chawl n are threatning his wife who is medically ill pateient by saying dat her small house will be leased..
Who has given your dump bank authority to do so.. Further the collection ppl have no ryt to speak unwanted things and ambarrasing his wife front of the relatives which s against sarfaesi act
I hope you people are working on legal terms and are actioning on the borrowers instead of just harrassing poor guarantor
Let me know wat properties you people have leased from the borrower before your raise your demand frm guarantor who s a senior citizen...
Pls note that your bank will be wholly n soley responsible incase of any mishappening of the guarantor and his wife
