Well i happened to go to reliance super located in mayur vihar phase-1 on sunday 17th may 2009. I picked up a mobile charger by callmate but after coming home realized that the pin was loose, so went back in the evening & got it changed as they have an exchange policy valid for 7 days. To my surprise the new charger was also not working as the length of the pin was less & it was not making contact with the charger of the car. Well kept my patience & went again on monday evening but instead of me being irritated it was the superviser who got upset & told me that i cannot change it agian & again.
I showed him the defect & told him that the other chargers had longer pin & that is why this was not working & told me point blank that he cannot change it again, i said i will require a change if this does not work but he refused & eventually i decided for a credit slip & forgot the charger. The problem is with attitude if their is defect you have to be more than nice to a customer as he is making unnecessary trip to the store but guess he got irritated as he had to get up from the chair. I for sure not going to that store.

Dr.Hemant Gambhir was the dummest in our dental college in karnataka. He failed several times in subjects like pharmacology and medicine. Veiwers can understand why he fails to understand that a shop cannot endlessly change the products . You have to know exactly what you want . For example if buy a 'table' which will not enter your dinning room, it is not the shop keeper's fault . He is not responsible for your error! Similarly if this argument that the pin of the charger is being short, it is again not the shop keeper's mistake but the manufacturer's. Guys, Hemant doesnt even have basic neurons, he was the dumbest during college times and he is one now also. He used to spent time only with his GF and never ever opened a book.

Callmate Charger — Faulty Product (Not working)

i have purchased call mate 6 in 1 charger i got delivery yesterday from infibeam.
when i started using it did not work then i have complaint against still they have not yet replied.

    Dear Manager
    First Flight

    Regarding my consigment J81999044, is not delivered to me today and when I contacted the Guwahati Office at arround 10:30 AM, they replyed that it had been returend back to Lucknow on 13/02/09.
    How it can be posible that cosigment is not arrived at Guwahati on 14/02/09 till 12:00 Noon and its been return to Lucknow on 13/02/09.
    That cosignment contain my Travel Ticket of today(16/02/09) which was not delivered to me, for that I had call to Mumbai office, but on there request to waite for 1/2 hour they will call me back, they call me after 2 hours. So for that Rail Ticket I had to take half day leave to get an duplicate one .

    It causes me haresment, loss of money, and time.

    Now who will bear my half day payment ? YOU First Flight. From your side they(Guwahati Office) contacted me very late and were saying that that they will provide me the duplicate ticket./ But if your organization failed to deliver my Consigment after contacting on Saturday, both at Guwahati / Mumbai Office. Then who will faith on you that your organization will not do the same again.



    So its very simple that your organization will have to pay my Rs.5000 /- as compansation to me or other wise i will file a case in the consumer court regarding the anxiety and work loss suffered by me due to this problem.

      The complain against
      Mr. Mohan Easow ( I am not calling him Dr. as he is not elidble for this )
      Mohans Clinic

      we went to this doctor Mohan on 23rd decmber and got the Polio drops and vacination done ( he charged Rs 400 polio drops cost 200/- and vacination cost 200/- ) ... as per gorvenment rules polio drops are free.

      After that my baby was not keeping well at all we went back to Mr. Mohan and he said i will not see the patient and he din't even listen to us and said i will see the patient in the evening ...

      he was a pathetic case to be said as doctor ... any one can understand that no one likes to go to doctor ... going for rutine check up and going in emergency is different ...

      I would request ( IMA - Indian medical association ) to take action against him

      His redg. no. is 32955 ...

      Mr. Mohan, i think you should not be called as doctor as doctor doesn't mean that you have to entertain you have to see the patient and just not to make the money by giving toffees or just doing few sweet words with patients or parents

      Looking forward that this is gone to IMA for action

      I completely understand what Mr.rohan Gupta is saying ...I had a very bad experience too.My son had 102.6 fever, so the minute I found he had fever I called them immediately to tell them n what to do about it.the receptionist took the phone and said no it's full today and that I should make an appointment for tomorrow...But when I told her that it's an emergency that I need to see the doctor ..Because the fever was not coming down.she kept saying it's not possible.I got scared when baby started shivering ...Even after washing his face with wet cloth ..The fever wasn't coming down..So I ran n took him to the doctor anyways thinking that he might see the seriousness if he sees the baby ...But to my utmost dismay he called me inside the room with my very sick baby and told me that he can't look at the baby because he had enough appointments for today ...And he said if it's an emergency make an appointment for tomorrow n then cum
      He even said if I don't like the procedure there...That I might leave n go find a doctor somewhere else
      I just want to know if they even know the meaning of emergency ...one should also understand that it's not the first time we have gone there ..it's the first time we had an emergency and the doctor was not willing to attend to my sick baby .
      I'm extremely sad and hurt with the doctors behaviour.in that state I had to go find another doctor to help my baby
      So all those parents who are trusting dr.mohan easow with their kids health...I just want to tell u he cannot be trusted even f he has said sweet words n kind words to u...when u need him the most for Ur kid...he may not help u

      Hope somebody will look into this matter
      I don't want somebody else suffering like I did

        I am Rajiv Residence of Gurgaon, ...I suffered with Denguee Fever from 2 Sep, 2008...I went through the Treatment From Rajdhani Medi clinic-New Colony Gurgaon for 3 to 4 days...
        The doctor Named was Dr.Baweja...He reffer me to ARTIMS Hospital, when the my blod platelets reach burst condition.But anyway, i treated from MAX Hospital gurgaon...and get well back...


        Now i need to claim for mediclaim rebursment, but Dr Baweja-Rajdhani medicalCenter is not in fever to give me Bill of my treatment his clinic...

        Sir,
        1.Whether you have submitted your claim(there is time limit after the discharge from hospital)
        2.Whether you have any evidence of having been treated by the doctor in question- i.e. Hospital Admission & Discharge Card-File Folder, Case Papers, Prescription, Medicine bille, Investigation Referral notes, Investigation Reports showing the doctor's name as refering doctor,
        3.then 1st you request the doctor to issue you bill & receipt
        4.If, not, lodge a complaint with local doctor's body
        5.If, despite all this, you may be constrained to complain to I.T. Dept & State Medical Council
