Drivers are very bad they don't co-operate with the female I m a diabetic patients I need to go to washroom so I asked him to stop so he told 45 min he will stop but he didn't stop ...

As in emergency situation I just passed it on bed itself very embarrassing situation for a lady .

And ac they just stop when they wish to I don't understand y

We r In ac sleeper bus how do we open the window if the bus is fully packed .

I hope they will take some action and kindly do the needful.

    I'm Deepika Dhotre. I have travelled from Mumbai to Tuljapur from Dolphin travels. The bus left from Mumbai on time but it was too late in Tuljapur it was 9:00 means 1:15 late it's time was 7:45 of arrival. That's why i want to complaint against Dolphin Travels Agency Mumbai.

      I'm Deepika Dhotre i have booked Mumbai to tuljapur ticket from online. The bus name is Dolphin travels. The departure timing of bus was 19:30 from Mumbai and reaching timing at Tuljapur was 7:45 but it is not it is reaching at 9:00 it's 1hr 15mins delay . So i want to complaint against Dolphin Travels Agency Mumbai that it is saying that it will reach at 7:45 and customers are getting disappointed. And I'm also got disappointed from Dolphin travels

        The staff here is worst, more population of males today in bus, they stopped the bus at 12 fr washroom for the males, n then wen i asked being a female wen r v supposed to go, he said that here ders no female washroom i'll half after 30 mins n let u go, it's 3.06 now, wen i asked him y didn't u stop yet.. V want to. Go, he said u should know where the washroom is, you should have tld me. I am a kidney patient, n der r middle aged females who want to go, v feel odd to announce it repeatedly, he should have some sense.

          They have not returned my money as i have booked a seat on 7th of november but even today no one has given back the money and no one are picking up the the phones and on the same the travels told that you will be getting back but even after 15 days they haven't, please look into it. Looks no one are responsible for the company and if the travels is not capable of doing these things they should quit or leave instead of harassing people mentally and the sudden cancellation of bus also takes place, don't know why the travels are doing

            Dear Team,

            Hi am Vishal Sokamble want to complain about the Dolphin Travels
            Address Is: 29/A, sindhu wadi, 1st floor, MG Road, ghatkopar (east), Mumbai-400077.
            This office located on this address:
            38 b, kanhaiya sagal, road no 3, pestem sagar, opposite glass factory, ground floor, chembur West near amar mahal.

            who are cheating customers, fraudulent nature unprofessional behaviour, delay in payment, no response to calls when they need to pay us, behavioural issue.

            My car MH-47-C-9610 Tourist permit was given to Dolphin Travels for call centre in night, as per the commitment they were suppose to pay on time by 20 th every month. delay of 2 or 4 days is ok..but I started facing payment delay issue, never on time, almost 10 days delay that to i need to call them repeatedly, due to the delay in pay from there end, I ws unable to pay my driver payment on time and EMI also, my driver left the job without giving any prior notice hence am without driver now, so to avoid the panalty, I decided to remove my vehicle from Dolphin, called Sr. managers (Rajesh: [protected]) no response, called to the accountant (Sangita: [protected]) they started diverting me to other managers so called second manager (Rauf: [protected]) also from him no proper response, I sent a mail on [protected]@hotmail.com but they not revert me also, finally got frustrated and decided to remove my vehicle from this trap, one of duty supervisor (Kalpesh: [protected]) said he won't give my payment if vehicle is removed .first they don't make payment on time definitely driver will run away if he's not getting paid on time, if you would be in my situation what would you do? M tired.
            Second they do fraud in km, my vehicle had run more 5500 km but they show less 4200 km and accordingly pay less to me, I have all the bills as a proof.

            And one of supervisor shakil he sent me message "Tera cheque hold pe dal diya hai, daily penalty 1000 rs "
            After saw this message I called to his number ([protected]) no response from there side .

            In this company some vehicle is fixed for daily travels for long distance like virar, ambernath etc. ..beacuse of corrupted supervisior.

            Hence I am requesting to help me to get my payment, worst company ever I saw, everyone is corrupted n fraud, they just know hw to extract blood from poor people, my suggestion never ever do business with Dolphin Travels. hence requesting to look into the matter and do the needful.
