We are suffering from burning of leaves & garbage in our area, which is moti nagar, new delhi.
Night watchman's at night burn any thing they get hold of in winter time.
Leaves are burned where & by whom we don't know but the smoke fills in our house in all these cases & stays in for long time.
Result is that we all in this house suffer health wise.
We want this to be stopped permanently...

I recently received my Discover Card Bill with a charge of $24.25 and it was from AMAZON MKTPLACE PMTS AMZN.COM/BILLWA UZRDMKI9UO0 with a Transaction Date of Dec 10.
I cannot recall at all what this charge is for. Discover Card personnel said to try to contact you before they will do anything about this charge.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Please respond.
