one of my relatives paying for purchase of a flat at doshi Natksatara in Tambaram.The delivery period is uncertain and they stopped further bookings also.Heis afraid of the things going like this

I agree. All customers and potential buyers, beware please check approved plan before buying. They make you sign everything in their favour and then give you lesser area and dont be fooled by their parking allotment get the space alloted on the plan and committed by them otherwise you will be left with a space where it will take you 5 to 6 reverses to get you car in. please check the sq. ft. too. I have been duped too.

Doshi Builders exercise immense care and caution in executing the project to the committed specifications. The delivery period may bear certain uncertainities due to extraneous circumstances like state departments' lengthy procedures, market fluctuations, short supply of infra structure materials etc etc but to a large extent they do their best to stand to their targets without much inconvenience to customers. In general, they are trusted builders when compared to those in the field, and no customer gets disappointed or unduly distressed in the hands of Doshi.

Doshi is really false commitment. They commit a date and they have not yet completed the project . i have been paying my pre-emi for almost 2 years and still they have not completed. Atleast they should provide the pre-emi after the committed months. Is there any alternate which i can ask them to do?

I agree.We owned a flat in Nakshatra II.They have been still under construction for past three years.Yet they are not ready to say when they will deliver the flat.Totally disappointed by the builders .Any onwers in this thread so that we can contact?

YES DOSHI BUILDERS ARE CHEATERS. THEY ARE DODGING, DELAYING .ANY NEW BUYER DON'T BUY WITH THESE BUILDERS FOR ANY PROJECT...

Yeah I too have purchased a flat in nakshatra - 2 . Booked in dec 2009 with a delivery commitment date of march 2011. Yet there is no sign of any handing over. I have paid almost 2 lacs in pre-EMi alone. they are giving lame excuses . No proper communication from their end. They are very keen on getting their payments by saying that any delay will attract interest and get their payments from us. But they dont have the courtesy to inform the customers when there is a delay or issue from their end. FED up of these guys.

I bought the independent house in Santhosapuram.. I checked out the house after they built it .. they cheated so much.. they use very poor quality workers and materials.. they delivered my house 2 years beyond promised time..deliveredd the house with still cements on the windows and doors and never promised to clean them. worst yet.. they didnot build the house as per the plan they gave me.
I heard similar complaints from other owners also. Never pay them in full as recommended by the ICIC Oor any Bank guys. Looks like Doshi lost its mojo long time ago.. some one else is making money off of Doshi name. They are totally dishonest, the supervisors and project managers are totally uneducated, unskilled, totally unfit for the job they are doing..

Yes i agree to that! Since they are big builders and no one is ready to take any action against such builders they are doing this much. Doshi builders get the full amount delay the project and if we dont make the payment which is super high amount they charge interest.

I wish someone charges against them. Its better if government stops to approve such builders.

Doshi people never contact about the completion dates and they suddenly quote big amounts to pay if v take sometime to pay they will charge for the delayed time too.
