DOST Fee payment Failed but Amount Deducted in my Account

I have paid the Application fee for DOST from kotak mahindra bank through bill desk, my money was deducted, but the transaction was failes, here is the reference number of the transaction : M599523 amount : 232.08, please make sure that i get my money back

I am sai kumar I have applied dost degree application in website. I have pay money using credit card and my money paied from my account but showing transaction failed. Kindly resolve my problem and refund my money

I have applied for DOST, self reporting, but when i entered my card details and proceed forward the next page shows error and got my 500 debit from my bank, and self reporting was not completed it is showing me to report again, since it was last date pf self reporting i applied again and gave 500 more... But the old 500 is not been credited to my bank

I paid the registration fee of Rs. 200/- online for Degree Online Services Telangana, one's through UPI and One's through Internet Banking. Both the time, my amount got deducted, but they said that the transaction has failed Try again.

When i applied for the DOST application, I have paid money successfully and money got deducted from Phonepe too.In dost it is showing transaction failed .I have the screenshots of transaction made and Successfully done it.

Dear sir/madam,
I paid the fee of DEGREE ONLINE SERVICES, TELANGANA (DOST) application through the UPI ID amount of 500rs. Amount debited and the transaction completed from UPI but, DOST doesn't receive any transaction it shows failed transaction try again. I'm giving the details of the transaction ID

Attaching the screenshots of the transaction's please find the attachment and resolve the issue as soon as possible and refund my amount.
