It's really shocking to hear when the services for Aquaguard are meant for no charge ...the service person takes major advantage in not visiting houses after calling 1000 times.
That person calls my mother after 2 days and then has no apology or a possible explanation as to why was he out of reach or not able to receive calls.
That's highly absurd and pathetic for people existing for service jobs in the city.

Try to improvise the service else it's a huge loss for the company's reputation and business.

We raised complaint on 6th July for service, but till 20th July no one visited us. we are calling almost daily or day by day, raised high priority request too. but call center persons are not responding properly. we are asking to connect to high management, but for that too they will tel " manager not available, they will not be coming in these timings ". the same answer at any time of the day. else, they say please wait today by 5 or 6 pm service person will come to resolve. not this time, in last august we suffered same way for almost 1 month. now also they are repeating the same. In this tough period we are in a position to rely on some other person or service. these people are making us struggle daily, They will be quiet not answering for anything. only words they use " sorry mam, today they will come ", "we raise high priority request ", if asks high level manager, " he is not available " same answer at any time of the day. or else keeping quite not answering for the questions we asked, they simply say we are listening mam.

I am a new customer of your dr. Aquaguard product when i purchased the ro water filter from one of your sales persons.

Basically i had a kent ro i was giving away and the sales person offered inr 1800 as buy back and i agreed to buy the dr. Aquaguard for $20990 then and there.

The sale was closed on 25th july. However, till date the sales person has not come to take pay for the kent ro and take the same. Each time i whatsapp him he says he will come.

Is this a regular scam from aquaguard sales people? I would like to lodge a complaint wit the obundsman of eureka forbes to start with. Please let me know how i need to go about getting my issue solved?

In my last service somehow aquaguard pipe is open and my room was fully floded. I have not received any update after multiple follow up. When i talk with service man today he said aquaguard don’t have that kind of penalty procedure. Why should i suffer for the service man guilty? There should be some penalty as so many things are damaged in my room.

I purchased Dr Aquaguard water purifier with Eureka Forbes in Feb. 2017. I had to change the four filters after a year. Hence, I called them and they send one of the technicians named Pan([protected])to change it and the technician came and instead of changing four filters, he changed...

We installed last year dr aquaguard geneus water purifier in my house. My service request no [protected] we continuously trying to contact your technician or local service station they are not picking our phone we are getting no positive response from your side. Very bad experience we getting from your side. Still we waiting from your reply.

I had purchased Dr Aquaquard magna UV two months back. For last 15 days product is lying dead. Thrice I have given negative feedback to their customer care. Every time I get a message that some engineer has been deputed. After two days I get message that call has been closed successfully, but reality is that no body has visited after first initial visit by one useless engineer who did not have basic knowledge about product because he tells me that blinking redline is normal wherein on product itself it says to call engineer when red line blinks. It is really surprising that when no engineer visits, they still close the call satisfactorily. It is bloody worst experience because for last 15 days I am continuously calling these ...and spending more thN Rs 100/- on mineral water. I am residing in JAipur, a capital city and still no service. I wonder what these ... would be doing with people in small towns. These blanks left in ... lines is for you to decide what they should be called. Never buy Dr Aquagaurd products if you don't want to disturb your happiness. Cheats

In the month of april 2017, i have purchased magnanxt through your sales representative mr gangulaiah, mobile no [protected] from r c puram, hyderabad office, during the purchase he promised to deliver a provogue watch which is an offer along with the above mentioned water purifier and the money is paid through cheque to him.

The machine received and commissioned successfully and till date the watch is not delivered.

Several times called mr gangulaiah ([protected]) and mr karunakar reddy ([protected]) of the local branch and visited several times to the office and made complaints through your helpline but the problem is till not resolved. Now they are not even picking up my calls.

Your people have made false promises and that is why i am forced to raise a complaint against your organisation and request others not to fell in this trap.

Hence, request you to do the needful at the earliest.

I have purchased dr. Aquaguard magna nxt hd ro+uv purifier on 24 th june at rs. 18890/-. I had cancelled the order of dr. Aquaguard magna nxt hd ro+uv purifier on 27 june 2017 due to need to buy another model.

I had called several times on customer care and they said you will recieve the refund by 14 july and today is 24 july still have not received the refund amount.

Dr aquagurd products are selling product through sales brokers. They are giving 50% commission and selling products by giving wrong information and selling duplecate products to peoples.

we can not even raise repair of the products and there is no service and there is no responce from euroka.

why government is also not banning this type of companies.

DONT buy any product Dr. Auqa guard.
