Dear Sir/Mam, I am writing this letter to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the care I received at [Dr. Baba Sahed Ambedkar Hospital] on 10/03/2023
parking spaces not available as well for public parking place are bumpy there is no management for parking.

No facility is availability for cardiologist Department. Cardiologist OPD should be available for heart pateint . There are very less government hospitals who provide the cardiologist facility. There is no government hospitals in North Delhi for cardiology

Jab me apni daughter ka birth certificate nikalwane ke liye rohini sec 5 ke mcd office Gaya to unhone kha ki phone no bataiye fir unhone kha phone no wrong he isko shi krao . Fir phone no sahi kraya or fir gaya fir unhone kha ki data nahi update he hospital jao wha se update krao .jab hospital Gaya to unhone kha ki isme mother name wrong he application do or form jama krao fir 1 month baad bulaya .isme meri kya galti he mene har jagah deatails shi provide kar wai thi 1 birth certificate ke under har step pe hospital staff ne galti kri he jo hme jhelni padti he bina matlab ke jo hand to hand application lekar or valid documents lekar shi Kiya ja sakta he.

Today at 11:pm I hv vistited to the Ambedkar hospital for my younger brother today he fell down from the stairs and he got fractured in his left hand so I asked to the doctor who was sitting there, mam x-ray is needed or not she has shouted on me like u don’t have any right to ask me frequently questions I hv many patients like that and she gave the prescription to me and said to go and do the X-ray of him so when I was going I asked mam I was not wrong I just asked you a question so she has geared my prescription and said to all the doctors like today no one will going to see ur patient here

I just wanna ask is this wrong to question to doctors abt our patient wt is needed or not?
I spoke to On duty CMO also she didn’t do anything which I expect from her… very bad experience about the doctors
I m the nursing staff I knw the rules and regulations and patient care I m the micu staf[censored] need the reply for this

This is for your information that at first floor near labour room where relatives of pregnent patient wait, many fans are not working from last few days.
Relatives are suffer from humidity.

So request you please arrange to replace faulty fans.

Today i visited hoapital at around 8:45in evening. Female guard who was standing ask me to leave from emergency room while i was there with my patient and my sister. She used multiple times abusive words and even she is without mask and saying ki tere saare ghar walo ko bhi corona ho jaye. She was regularly shouting while there was number of patients were there who was in critical condition. She was so rude which is not at all acceptable. In my life i have visited number of government hospitals but this kind of worst behaviour i have never seen by any guard in any hospital. I request you to take a strict action against that lady guard.

2279 ki docter ingita Bhardwaj He is very dirty doctor, he does not have the temerity to talk; he does not listen to the patient. He talks in a wrong way.

The person who provide homeopathic medicine in room no. 102 is very rude and always talk arrogantly to the patient and always shout at them, I am not the only one who faced this kind of problem/ misbehave done by him. And he talks to the person by seeing their class like if they belong to good family and well dressed, he talks to them nicely but if the person who belongs to poor class family or lower middle class family, he always threaten them always behave strictly and rudely with them. And if someone ask him to speak nicely, ask the mistake what patient has done, raise objection. He threaten to patient to throw them out by security.
And he gave only one day medicine to my mother as my home is too far form the hospital and to avoid to much travelling due to covid 19, I asked him the homeopathic medicine for 2-3 days. He denied and shout at me and give the medicine by throwing at me. Most of patients faces the same problem but they don't know how to raise the complain and where to raise it so please take action on him and provide them at least behavior training so that the do not talk the patients rudely and not to talk them by just seeng their class(poor class/lower middle class).

My name is jitender singh, please take action against a security gaurd working at paediatric emergency ward no. 42. He was misbaheving with everyone and abused me. He told me ja karle complaint jisko karni h. Please do the needful as this is really bad way to treat people here. I really request delhi government specially cm who says that we are giving good services in hospital to take strict action against him.

1 September 2017 Friday se meri wife is hospital me admit hain emergency ward no. 11 me delivery case tha our aaj usko pure 9 din ho gayae hain our uske tabiyat me koe sudhar nahi h us k jo taake lage the un me infacson ho gaya h mene doctors se is bare me baat kar ne chahe par wo mere baat he nahi sunre h kal raat ko jab mere wife ko taako me pain hona suru hua to me doctor ko dhaund ne laga our jab mujhe doctor mile to 3/4 sath me beth k gafh marre thy mene un se request ki bola mere wife k ese problem ho re h to un hone kaha tu chal ham aare h me chala gaya our pura 1 ghanta wait kiya tab v doctor ka koe pata nahi tha me fir se waha gaya to mujh se bade batamize se bolte hua kaha gaya k yeha yesa he ho ta h tumhe jada fesulity chahiye to private hospital me le jao ab me kya karu agar me use le ja pata to kya me nahi le jata me bada pareshan hu 3 din se khana v nahi khaya h plz sir aap se request h k is baat pe thoda sa gaur kare ...

I have not been providing medicines for two to three months. They only give pain killers and empty stomach medicines. Doctors prescribe medicines of calcium and vitamins but those medicines have not been received from the hospital for a long time. I just want to know that when the government is providing medicines, why are these medicines not available to the patient? After all, how medicines are finished. Every fifteen days we go to take medicines and come back empty handed. I just want to bring the attention of the government towards this.

I appeared in crpf medical examination but the crpf medical board declare unfit in medical. Now i completed my treatment as per physician. So, now i want get medical fitness certificate from govt. Hospital but ambedkar hospital medical board has denied to make my medical fitness certificate.
Please provide me correct information regarding this issue.

Regarding stray dogs in the residential area of Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital sector-6, Rohini Delhi. As there is 302 Qtrs in the campus of the Hospital, the dogs often bite the residents. Therefore it is requested that the problem of the residents may be got resolved at the earliest.
