Invoice no:422501 - courier not received more than a year, no response
Invoice no: 422501 - i have sent the courier last year in Feb 2022, it has crossed almost a year, no response from the customer they don't even have a courtesy to drop an information what happened to the parcel.
I believe all the stuff what ever i have send i have to through in scrap only. I need claim for the parcel and throught a year DR.courier put me under stress for a long time.
I am going to file a legal complaint, if i am not going to receive a response atleast in a mail. On detailed explanation what happened to my courier or else i ll file a legal complaint via court on DR.courier for sure

We had delivered a parcel to DR Courier on March 7 for delivery in India. It's been almost two and a half months now but we haven't received our parcel yet. DR Courier does not good response even after making many calls in India. The DR company's target is to deliver the goods within 60 days. When I checked the online status of our luggage, it looks like we are ready for parcel delivery after April 28, but still no one has called us....

Our two invoices containing three boxes is yet to be received, its more than one year since we send our items through DR. Very bad service and everytime we call them they say its stuck in Mumbai customs. I need a proper update on my belongings....

It has been over 60 days and my shipment which was sent on 10th may 2017 from dubai via dr courier llc has still not reached me in india. The airway bill number is 110961
Every time we call up the india office, they say that the cargo has reached india but is stuck in mumbai customs due to gst and that it will take one more week.
There is no information on their website under the cargo tracking service. I am very concerned about my belongings and whether they will ever reach me. Please help!

Dear all,
I had also booked my cargo from Sharjah last nov 21-Nov-2020 and till date it has not reached, it will be one year in november. Everytime we ask them, they keep telling us it is with Indian customes. After paying the full fees for the shipment, still it has not come.

Highly disappointed with the service approach of Dr cargo and courier’s owner Mr. Faizal himself and from his team. It’s been 74 days and still there no update from the concern team members. Each time when I ask about my cargo, they say it’s stuck in Bombay customs. Such a irresponsible behavior is unacceptable from someone who is claiming UAE’s largest cargo service provider. People who endorse these brands should re-consider renewing their contract.
I need my cargo as soon as possible or I shall go-ahead legally asking for compensation.

I have booked a cargo in DR cargo on 28-dec-2020 at dubai karama its been 7 months thare is no responce from dr cargo fully disappointed every time i call to them they keep saying next week it will clear but no update ...
They tell costoms clereance not happening at mumbai is the only reason they will tell every time..dont know who is responsible for this ...being a reputed company in dubai they cant even clear the paper work of costoms at mumbai...
