I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Dr. Lal PathLabs, R K Puram, Danapur, Patna branch. On [date], a blood sample was collected from my 6-day-old baby for a jaundice test. However, the report I received indicated that another blood sample is required, which is unacceptable.

It is highly concerning and distressing to ask for a second blood sample from a newborn, especially considering the initial sample was already collected. This situation reflects complete negligence and lack of proper handling by your staff.

I request immediate attention to this matter and a resolution without the need for another blood sample. Please ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

I have done RTPCR test of mine and wife on 10.02.2022 and it was said that you will get the reports on 11.02.2022 but the same was not happened . Got the report at 11 pm on 11.02.2022 and in report it was manupulated that reported time was 5 pm only . I needed the report by max at 6 pm only and it was not o[censored]se after that .

This is extremely pathetic service of your branch dhankawadi Pune. I contacted Mr Mithul from pune lab branch on 25 evening and shared prescription that all test needs to be done on priority to which he agreed and called me same day at night saying if we can skip pp test as location distance is too much. I upfrontly informed him skipping any test is not possible i need all test to be done. Now next day he came to take sample again he said if we can skip pp test on which i argued he was talking like a cheapo that i have to travel from long distance to take this sample of you etc etc and i became rigid and said why you didnt tell me this problem before i could have not done test from you than he agreed took the sample. Unprofessional behavior that he has to spend money on bike fuel for 10 kms distance etc etc. Now on invoice bill time is 11.52 am but he was nt bothered to share the same on time.he was there to take money on time though. My name on blood sample test tube was tania razdan i got that written in front of me. Still name error was there on bill. Second thing i called him in evening about bill so i can get lab id and check report myself he said he will give in 2 mins but no i called again then he gave . He shared report around 7.30 pm and i asked on call and whats app chat 3 reports are not there ra factor, anti ccp and hla b27 he said it will come tommorrow. I waited till 27 nov when i called cust care and i got to know that this test is not registered with them. When i contacted mithul on chat and shared call recording of agent he didnt not replied on chat same time after reading msg too. This shows he is complete fraud lab playing with health and patients are in trauma because of there health issues and he is adding more trauma with such acts. I was on 1 week treatment i paid 7500 rs for same and test were super urgent he wasted my 3 days time skipping test and lying report will come tommorrow sample goes to delhi etc etc.

I need help to raise consumer complaint against this lab to impose heavy penalty on them as i suffered a lot mentally financially. Spoke to cust care they said you need to give sample again. I cannot take risk of calling somebody again at my place that too lab person who do covid test too they might spread covid in my family . No no no i cannot call them again this is fraud lab boycott lal path i got test of my mom twice in pazt they were smooth but this lab branch is extreme pathetic.

I will get this test done and see the reports and extend my classes by paying them fees again just because of stupidity of your branch. Let me know if you need invoice of my 1 week class for my extreme health issues treatment.

In this pandemic situation we are avoiding contact with all unless its urgent but due to negligence of this person who is going to bear risk of exposure to lab person repeatedly.

He was concerened about his bike fuel to come again for pp sample so much concerned about his money what about others time health issues suffering money of drs session and trauma of pain then this stupidity.

I had pre paid the bill which Iam attaching herewith. Firstly I was not provided the report on time, and was constantly misguided. I was told to make multiple calls, that all proved futile and on asking for the report, I was told false reports on phone and later I was informed that the samples were damaged and needed to be replaced with fresh samples. This entire scenario caused a lot of mental harrasment to me and my patient. I want a refund of the amount paid.

I'm 7 months pregnant women there is lack of knowledge about test to be done in the staff of path lab at triton hospital near Nehru place . The concern person had no idea about the test and the duration of the test to be done then I called my Dr. About the same she guided them . Then the same person is not able to draw out the blood sample he has prink on my hand several times about 4 time but not able to take sample .. in the duration of 7 months of pregnancy I was suffering from dehydrated n felt like vertigo .
I want serious action to take about it .

I am waiting for my Report from the last 6 days. I was told on 10th it will be shared to you but still i have no information about reports not even status. I think reports are missed or may be tests not performed. Now I am going to raise this issue to consumer court. My lab Id is[protected].

For the last 5 days I was told by your customer agent that our so called technical team will contact you but nobody bothered to do so. Maybe this is not included in their job. I am totally lost while writing. In future I will not come to your lab that is sure...

I was booked same package for myself and for my mother when report was uploaded then i noticed my report is different from my mother.
They not provide complete report as per mention in the package
When i call to customer care they fooling to me, any how they logged my complain,
Next day received call from lal path regarding this issue she also try to teach/convince as they realize that fault is from that side.
I have doubt on triglycerides report which is shown 654, when again done that test in apollo hospital then report is 444.
Still my complain is in pending there is no response from lal path

I'm planning to take legal action  

Blood sample was collected 40 days back for pro insulin test by dr lals path lab in dombivli east palava branch, mumbai but we have still not received the reports.in spite of several reminders they are just saying will update. Test costing was 10500 but they are asking for more 1500 towards handling chargers. Can we take necessary actions against such centers who don't even care for patients report.

You have appointed a un professional man there which is very harmful to every patient.. I'll suggest everyone not to go to dr lal path lab as these brand has just only brand name.. Very poor services. I have contacted on phone to dr lal path labs, kankarkhera, meerut to collect sample for blood report.
And i have given sample of blood for test to dr lal path lab kankarkhera, meerut on 16/10/2017 to collecting boy of dr lal path lab (Ph no. [protected]) and paid rs.in advance for blood test. He assured that you will get report at next day on 17/10/2017 but i haven't recieved report. After regular basis of phone calls the report recieved at home on 28/10/2017. Please take immediately suitable action. Otherwise i'll take further action through rti.

I have contacted on phone to mobile no.[protected] to dr. Lal patho lab, bela, muzaffarpur to collect blood sample for some tests.
And i have given sample of blood for test to dr. Lal patho lab bela muzaffarpur on 30.10.2017 to collecting boy mr. Gopal (Mob no.[protected]) and paid rs.500.00 for hemoglobin, blood group and blood test. He assured that you will get report at 7.30pm but i haven't received.

Very poor services, i have an appointment with my doctor in delhi, but lab not complete my report at the correct time, and when i call at customer care they told us that my report is complete by 13 sep, means 2 days delay, and when i request to complete my report urgently, they clearly say that they can' complete today, department is closed, very rude behavior, very poor service,

I get the tests done every 3 months. I have given the details of my icard - photocopies of i card etc. To them. After couple of times, they asked me not to bring the photocopies every time. Today i visited after approx. 3 months. I told her my company's name and asked to bring photocopy of my i card. When i told her, i submitted that here, she told me that she had her software updated and she has lost all her records. When o asked her to take photocopy from her own printer, she told me she won't. And i need to get that from outside. And i am a patient who had gone there employ stomach in this summer. Dr pathlab is showing they are mere businesses ness people. They ask the patients to take prints from outside when they have their own printers installed. Note that the pathlab needs prints for their office use. Secondly, when they didn't have rs 39 change, she asked me to come in the evening to take the change. Are these people bots or some inhuman bunch? What do you say dr pathlab mukherjee nagar.

I was having blind faith in Dr. Lal Path Labs in India and thought that this is the best option available in India to do diagnose the problems by doing tests. But the incident that happened on me was a disaster which completely thrashed my faith in Lal Path Labs. My wife is currently pregnant and suffering from Urine Infection. Urine Infection is very critical in Pregnancy and doctors cannot be treated blindly without seeing the urine culture...
