Hi, I came here in rml Institute hospital for my ultrasound in morning 9am and after 5 hours doctor when I think my number will come I went to the reception where 3 ladies sit, they said to me that printing machine is not working from last 1 hour, no body ihad informed the patient. Its extremely disappointing that its been more than 2 hrs we are waiting for this gentleman to come and give us form.. Such a pathetic hospital and the lady seated over ultrasound registration department she is extremely rude and irritating. And guards over ur hospital misguides people and nobody have a knowledge about anything. Hope u will take action against these moral less people....
