I lost my father due to negligence of Dr Rajesh kushwaha lucknow in ICU ward neauro. Dr RAajesh kushwaha has done operation in bad conditions and hide details, this things we come to know after see the treatment file. When he told us now its not in hand he should consult his senior but he doesn't do because of his egoistic nature. I need justice and gave them lesson.

DR Anita RAAND did not render service
Dr Anita girl came in hotel. She did not do anything and took the money first. Then she started complaining about me even though I was gentle. Then she called up someone else. And she waited till the next girl came and she complained it to her too. The second girl asked for some time to talk with her and went out of the room and in the next 2 minutes both ran away. The service provider has not been picking up the calls since then.

doctor wrong medicine

My father is undergoing treatment for cancer.
The treating doctor has advised for wrong medicine which results into blood clotting and brain stroke
Further this drug is only available through medical representative and i have to give cheque payment for the same
Doctor name - dr rajesh kushwaha
Patient name - rakesh srivastava
My father got traumatised as his condition was earlier bad and it got worsen after stroke and later bleeding cause by strong drugs...
