I went to RML on 23rd august for wisdom tooth pain. Doctor asked me to get x ray done so i went to mesonic lab and get it done. Then i came back she didn't even see the x ray and just recommended me some medicine and i asked for removal of wisdom tooth (also suggested by her also) so she seems reluctant in that. She just wasted my time. And also my money goes wasted because she didn't even see the xray. After that i came to know that Dr.Vikash jha should be seating there in the dentist room no 92. But the intern was doing her job as he was absent. Please look into the matter. These doctors are so irresponsible they remain absent and put their intern in their position who doesn't knoe anything.

I brought my father to emergency with complaint of dizziness and low bp. There on intial assessment, intern measured bp from defected bp app, and mentioned normal result on paper. When i pointed out her mistake, then she said i know my job better. Because of this, he stayed unattended, because on paper he was fine. Half and hour later i got my turn to talk to ME doctor, n requested him to remeasure bp, then he found it to be 60/40mmhg. Then he started fluid on fast mode. I told him that patient is already having less ejection fraction, he should not be given much fluid. Bt he again replied like that intern that i better now my job, if you have any issue then take him wherever you want. Nothing got corrected by his treatment, infact bp stayed as earlier, and patient devloped oedema all over body. Then we took him away from that irresponsible department, and there he is struggling with pulmonary issues due to that overload fluid drip.

Hospitals main lift is not working in hospital is 7th floor how people will survive to walk full day on stairs. Lift man saying this is staff lift ap paidal aaiye. We are here to help each other. Pls help to improve the service n also request to kindly look after to lift services.

I am facing the very bad behaviour issue from doctor Manish Sharma, Anand and his team who have been using the word sarcastically and in wrong tone as' 'its free treatment, take it ' This behaviour has been continuous and other doctors are also supporting them in his behaviour. When I raised my concern, I was thrown out from the Ward through guards and also they force fully. I then took help from Additional MS office and CRMO office and they allowed me to enter after multiple calls from them however eventually I was forced to discharge the patient as doctor were not ready to treat him properly and said they are not intented to treat him any further as they were not happy that a complaint were raised against them. This was life threatening situation and any casualty or worsening situation would be directly because of doctors working under Anurag Rohtagi.

In Department of Eye(OPD) RML Hospital New Delhi guard sending patients to doctor without queue which is printed on opd card. He create manual queue(line).

Out side of gynecology there are 3 nurse they misbehave with patients and also not giving right answer for asking question. Loudly voice with bad language, please take some action because it really hurt that such tye of thing

She is very very Rude to the patient and literally shout and yell at pregnant ladies. I want to take a action against that lady.

My mama(Mr Kamal Khanna) was admitted in emergency in RML hospital on 28th August 2021 and doctors starts the treatment and after one day by keeping in observation in emergency doctors shifted him to general ward number 7, bed number 4 and starts further treatment.
Actually he got paralytic attack and his right side body parts totally stops working and even he cant able to see anything from his eyes.
From last two weeks doctors...

मेरी पत्नी के पेट में दर्द था बहुत ज्यादा लेकिन वहा के डॉक्टर ने बोला, Opd में दिखाना यहां कोई इलाज नहीं होता।
ये 23/08/2021 की सुबह 5:30 का टाइम था।
मेरी पत्नी का इलाज अब किसी दूसरे हॉस्पिटल में चल रहा है क्युकी वहा डाक्टर मरीज़ को देखना ही नहीं चाहते।
मेरे पत्नी के pancreas में सूजन है और पित्त की थैली में पथरी लेकिन इतनी गंभीर इस्थीति को उन्होंने देखने से मना कर दिया। अगर आप इस कंप्लेंट को देखे में detail में सब कुछ बता सकता हूं।

Today i went to hospital i made online appointment at morning i confirmed my appointment, but i cannot take print out of opd slip because at 7 in the morning shops were closed, so i went to hospital and i stand at queue counter no 1 after half an hour my turn came i showed appointment id first he printed opd slip then he said your appointment confirmed you have to take out print out from outside i requested that i have been standing for so long give me that paper and printed paper was in his hand my queue no was also 1, he tore my paper in front of me and said now where is the paper..is this the treatment we deserve after standing so long...and earlier this few days ago i did appontment in same way and he gave me print out...if the rule is this then why did he earlier given me printed paper.i want an action ...poor people come here for treatment and this kind of treatment we deserve after facing so much of rush and difficulties...mannerless and ill behaviour staff...now after this i then went of so long in shop for print and i went to doctor room 9 ground floor on date 18/08/21, actually i was in consult with another doctor in rml who see patient only on thursday but i have to go somewhere so i booked on wednesday i did everything as per rules and visited, a lady doctor was there i just wanted to make them to read my report so that i can go, here once gain i requested mam i have to go somewhere pls read my report only i have came here after so many difficulties.she directly said no i will not do that come on thursday only i said you have to read my report only that is there any problem or not and she getting angry and i have returned this way ...

This patient of mine has been admitted here since 3 days, he was not given any medicine, yesterday he signed on high risk content due to bad health For the last 3 days, he does not have an injection avig, which he has to give only.

In surgical emergency and opposite ward only 4 fans for 12 beds for patients.n attendants total people are approx 24..in this extremely hot weather no air conditioner is working. Guards says Ac will work just wait but since days it is still awaited to relieved

I'm standing more the 1 and a half hour in front of pharmacy on first floor but still haven't gotten my number..
The service is very slow . The pharmacy staff who is making bills is very slow. He must be changed with someone expert in computer typing.
And also need to increase the staff

Doctor wasn't considerate, the moment I sat down at the chair, he started shouting and didn't want to listen, as I started to tell he said you're in the wrong department. I said sir I have registered for Respiratory department and I'm in the right department, when I showed him my older reports he throw them all too. He said go and see other doctor.

The offending doctor threw away my prescription file today because I took all the files and went to his cabin during check up.

I visited RAM MANOHAR LOHIA (RML) last day, before two days I called in hospital to make sure the hospital provides tattoo removal services and the attendant said yes you can visit on Monday when I went there I met with Dr. They literally denied saying that we don't have laser machines and I know she was lying because on many websites like quora and Hindustan times website i read that they have tattoo removal services the link is below.

Just because this system our health sector is in bad conditions our government should really do something about it.

I have received information that a pg student residing in the rml (ram manohar lohia hospital, new delhi) hostel is organizing parties in the room allotted to that student. alcohol is being served and consumed despite of being disallowed in the hostel. and also, that student is tested covid positive. such an irresponsible behavior is not accepted from a doctor. kindly look into the matter strictly as this is not just flouting of hostel rules and an utter disregard for such a nobel profession, but it also puts at risk lives of so many other people who have come in contact with that student.

My father is kidney patient. Got endoscopy date yesterday for today morning 9: am as doctor as doctors told patient can't have even water before endoscopy. We are sitting at department of gastroenterology. They just want us to sitting here. No others patient is there. Doctor nurses are just chatting and playing with mobile. When i told them my dad didn't have even water since morning they just told time lagega. I don't what going on it best hospital in delhi. My dad is admitted here for 6 days they gave best service.in emergency as in wards but this time they showing that i don't know what's wrong with them i understand in govt hospital usually takes time but it happens when there is lots of patients not in that case when there is no one except us. Because such doctor and nurse entire hospitality blamed, i am not complaining about hospital. I am complaining about this department this doctor and nurses

17/01/20 raat 10.30 baje mujhe left side chest mai dard suru hua. 18/01/20 ko rml emergency mai ilaj ke liye gaya toh doctor bol raha h sham ko kyo nahi aaya subah kyo nahi aaya or mujhe waha se guard ko bol ke bahar nikal diya. Sir dard bahut jyada tha doctor ne koi dawai nahi di aise misbehave kar rahe the jaise koi janwar ke sath bhi nhi karta. Sir government hospital mai ilaj ke liye aate h. Or ye doctor logo ka majak bana ke rakha hua hai please koi action lijiye inper. Thanks.

Due to low speed of typing the staff of counter no 5 does not work speedly and because of that i have to change my line from counter no 5 to counter no 4 and it is appreciated that the staff of counter no 4 is very obeydient in his work and speed of typing is good. So kindly take action for counter no 5 staff and take neccesary action for him.

I am visiting in rml nephrology deaprtment room no. S.4 according to my opd card, but the doctors are not available till 10.30 a. M, i am also visited in th room of opd head dr. Sunil saxena regarding this, but his room are locked after that i am visit in md office in nursing home, he told me to contact again to dr. Sunil saxena, he is the only person those shortout my problem, but unfortunately no body here to shortout my problem, its very shameful, but thanx to security they request the other room doctors to check the patient

The nurses are so incompetent that they don't even know how to give intravenous injection. We came for an albumin dose, they wasted half of the bottle while fixing it, the bottle costs 5000 rupees. The senior nurses were busy gossiping on the nurse station. Even after knowing there fault nobody was decent enough to apologize. This is our one of the best hospital of the state up, this the kind of service being provided at a place where people's life is on stake.

I'm visiting this hospitl with my grandfather since last 1year, his sugar is out of control. I've heard about this hospital alot, but that all was hoax. Worst dr. Staff, i told them many a times that their prescribed medicines are failing but they keep on repeating the same medicines!! I'm just sick of staff moreover only trainees and interns are at the opd, senuor dr. Should atleast have a visit or sit with them! But i cant see anything liek that.
Please take care of this thing.

Sir मेरी सर्जरी हुई थी RML हॉस्पिटल में 8 decmbr को लेकिन doctors बहुत लापरवाही है बिना झकम देखे टाके काटे गए मेरे और जब डॉक्टर को OPD में दिखाया तो उन्होंने सही है बोलकर घर भेज दिया लेकिन जब फिर एक हफ्ते बात दुबारा आया तो टाके मारे । सर हम बी इंसान हे दर्द हमे बे होता है मेरे साथ जो हुआ कोई नई लेकिन वहा ऐसे कितने लोगो के साथ ऐसा होता होगा ।। लेकिन लोग चुप रहते है।। कोई आवाज नही उठाता की डॉक्टर की क्या complaint करे और ये यही चीज़ का फायदा उठाते है।।
