Not returned back our money 5000, against cancellation of Dr.Terrace waterproofing

SIR,
I RAKESH P, want to bring to notice that, we had called for Dr. terrace water proofing solutions, Mr Godwin came from the company came to your house and explained about water proofing technique, we we are ok with his technique, but we were in dilemma of doing, so we told him to wait for two to three days, Mr. Godwin told if you are interested then why to delay, you give me a confirmation by paying some amount, my father told him that, he will pay 500 now, he told this is very cheap, so he asked us to pay a token advance of 5000, so my father paid him 5000, we told him that we will tell him when to start work, but after a week or so due to some problem in our home, we called the company and told them to cancel the order and we told to return back the money, Mr. Godwin told us that you can meet the director and speak and get back your money, but my father was not interest to speak to him, so he wrote a letter to the company and sent to the company by courier, the day the courier went to the company, the company was closed and the letter returned back, so my father went directly to the company asking for money, Mr. Godwin told the director is out of station now, so my father has came back and has put a legal complaint stating that, To return back our money. So please ask the company to return back our moeny.

Hi,
In our house, water got logged in some of the walls and it resulted in the wall becoming damp and paint layers peeling off. We contacted Dr.Terrace and a person visited our home and said if we did water proofing, this problem would be solved and gave a warranty of one year. We spent about Rs.35000 in total and even after 8 months, the condition has only worsened. Water seepage has not arrested and it has increased. Dr Terrace people didn't provide proper reasons and refused to even come and look at the house. They are not taking calls and absconding ever since. Now he is demanding some more money promising he will fix the issue. The person name is Mr. Ganesh. We went ahead with this because of our faith but now I am very disheartened by the result. I request you to look into this matter seriously and help us in getting the problem resolved.

This is Ganesh from Dr.Terrace ... we already explained you the exact problem what it is ...if you are really genuine customer why didnt raised any more complaints to court or police ????
if your real intention is spoil other name through such a online forum than its as like as you your self spitting on your face by not knowing the technical issues ...
You have problem through lift top and some other area which you missed out to place order ... why we requested to treat that area too you refused ...i requested you too approach us directly or if you think that you are realy genuine pls take legal action on us we are ready to answer for that and in that forum we can proof that ...
we have proof that two time we came to your home and responded for your calls ...i advice you to meet legal adviser and engineer who can explain what is what ...
no one can take responsibility for the area which they treated and got payment for the same ..indian law is common for all the indian ... you will ask free idly in hotel and if they charge you will slap them means you are not a customer for that hotel .
if you still thinking your complaints is genuine you know our address come for a discussion or approach consumer court they will simply find who is cheating you are me ...

i request every one to be careful with this kind of customer who is fool and doesn't know that we have done the leak proof service only that after paint started peelup ...one water proofing contractor cannot re paste the paint which is inside of his house, ...
instead of scrup the painting and repainting through painter this customer finding fault on us in the open forum ...he wont treat wherever he need to treat and he wont re paint in his ceiling ..he wont do anything apart from making such a fake complaint .. irequested all of you to be careful from such a fool not from Dr.terrace .

you can contact me at 138 . Law chamber, High court if it is genuine problem we must contact court or police station ... Just making this complaint shows you want spoil others name dont want solve your problem sorry if i hurted .

any way before answering to you let me inform we don't know who you are and you are not our client ... but since your father is our client here i am responding for your complaint ...
before that shall i ask you onething ? you know why your dad didn't collect the amount Rs 5000 he paid as an advance ?
you know why your dad not made any complaint to police regrdaing the same ?
will you simply raise complaint in online forum if any one cheated you ? why you didn't approach police station even after you lost your Rs 5000 to our staff mr .godwyn ?
Answer : We bought material by spend Rs 32000 to treat your terrace based on the order confirmation and advance which paid by your dad ... and when were on the way to coming your home your dad said he would like to cancel the order ..(but advance paid 2 days before)
Since your building is Madras Terrace with brick laid terrace hence we bought special coating material for that ..and that wont be useful for us ( as others terrace are cement floor or country tiles)
we requested your dad that this chemicals will be expired in 3 months we also cannot sell back this chemical to distributor asked your dad to purchase the chemicals from us with actual proper tax bill ...
since your dad refused to pay we faced heavy loss ...instead of taking legal action we are simply left that issue ...if you are realy genuine no further mail or complaint come to our office with your dad ...let us find a solution for both the issue ...and collect your money Rs 5000 ..
we are not running out you have the receipt na if you are complaint is not fake than please welcome to our office will find a solution for both o[censored]s
