I took a cred cash loan of 1.7 lakh trough cred application but then updated 5 lakhs in my cibil report without my consent. when this i got to know then i approached to close the loan then they give fake commitment about the DD and shared wrong name to make the DD. due to this my other loan stucked in mid way and i stucked in financial crisis.

I am a Serving Soldier of Indian Army. On 08 July 2023 I made a Payment of Rs. 44, 330/- of my SBI Pulse Credit Card through your Cred App like most of time I do. I have tried to contact numerous times. Provided all the information raised numerous tickets from 15th august and my payment of 5001 which was against a credit card payment which got failed and money was not refunded to me back till date. Initially they just kept pushing we need the bank account number now they don't have a live person to talk to. Very pathetic and unprofessional support. Payment date 15/07/2021
