I ordered a mobile cover through this site but it was never delivered and when i called to enquire about at first those people hung up or kept me on hold for 15-20 minutes so i just hang up myself. When i finally got hold of them after calling multiple times they gave the phone to "a manager" who would tell they will refund the money within an hour but it never happened as he told that multiple times.

Overall if you want to waste your money order through this scam website.
*also they had some credit card scam cases in the past*

I had a ordered a phone cover for redmi 3s prime on august 22, 2017. Till date, i don't have a tracking link nor an option to login to my account.
I have filed multiple complaints but no response from their side.
It's been 20 days and they do not seem to care at all.
They should either refund the money or deliver the phone cover asap.
They do not provide any customer care number as well and do not respond to any complaints that are filed.

Payment made via pay u money

I made an order 5 days ago and haven't recieved any cofirmation message or link to track my order or even the no of days it'll take to deliver. I made the payment via payumoney and it has been deducted from my bank. Now ive left complain and query also emails on their contact but still jo response. What kind of theft is this? I thought this was a well known and well rated website. Any suggestions on what i should do now? There is no number...

What a CHEAT COMPANY this is ...I have ordered a Phone cover for the Mobile Moto E and they sent it to me in the next 4-5 days, but when I opened the phone Flip cover, it does not fit to my phone.!!! I wrote: it is a very very shabby dress for my moto e phone which i have received. i am disappointed. the cutting of the plastic cover does not give it the best fit and the buttons of the phone are inaccessible when it is in the cover. Attached are the pics for the same from various angles. Request you to refund my amount. I had a bad experience with you. I wanted to gift this cover to someone known on the occasion of birthday, but your product disappointed me on the occasion. Please initiate the refund or else give me the correct product. [protected][protected] These never replied. They do not have CUSTOMER CONTACT NUMBER. YOU CANNOT REACH THEM . ONCE THE MONEY IS RECEIVED THEY WILL NOT ENTERTAIN YOUR QUERIES ON THE EMAIL AS WELL. Moreover they can deliver you anything which might/might not fit to your phone. Please do not buy...They are a CHEAT...I got cheated! [PROOF PICS ATTACHED]

i ordered a phone cover through the website www.dressmyphone.com on 26/01/2014. they shipped the product via your courier company i.e dotzot. i was told i would receive the product within 6-7 days. but i am yet to receive it. the reference no. or the airway bill no. is i[protected].
