I am rahul gupta s/o mahesh prasad gupta belongs from kadaura, baoni state (285203) applied for my permanent driving license 5th of nov 2018. I have completed all the steps required including driving test and also completed all the scrutany formality and also given photograph and digital signature at arto jalaun which is my respective district arto.
But till now 11th feb2019 i have not received any kind of dl and my status is showing as your driving licence is under processing at rto level. I have checked with respective rto office they are saying it is under process. Almost 3 months completed after applying, i am staying in bengaluru, i need my driving license.
Please look into the matter. Please respond on this complaint.

My name is ashok kumar singh and i have applied for renewal of my driving liscense on sept-2018. My application no-[protected] and all the formalities are approved but from last 3-4 months it shows pending on dispatch level by rto. So please tell how much more time it will take to receive my dl. I have facing a lot of problems for non availibility of dl. If all the procedures are completed then why it is pending for dispatch, please let me know on an urgent basis.

My driving licence was approved by rto (Regional transport office), mayur vihar, ph-1 bearing no-dl[protected], deepa narang. On 3.01.19, and was dispatched vide speed post number ed[protected]in on 04.01.2019.
When i checked the speed post status found that the article has been returned to rto on 15.1.19 stating no such person.
On investigation i have found that the pin code mentioned by rto was wrong.
Instead of 110092 the mentioned 110037.

Rto is requested to send the licence again mentioned right address i. E. — deepa narang, 174, new rajdhani enclave, vikas marg, delhi 110092. Mob [protected]

I applied for learner licence online from haryana state district panchkula hr 03 and i was allotted with a test date and time booking but when i arrived there they asked me to resubmit a brief file which i submitted already online and i was only told in allotment letter to arrive and give test nothing else but the govt official are not at all ready to accept the online scheme they wanted it to be in old slow was so i request you by this application to punish the indolent officer there is no mean of online application i[censored] have to do the work twice they wasted my precious time and when i asked them to take my file they said now its lunch time you come tomorrow morning it is were difficult task to make your govt work done please change this we want a better india

My name is Rajat seth and currently i am reside in Mohan garden uttam nagar.I lost my driving license at the starting of November'2018 so i have booked an appointment of duplicate license and full fill all the requirement on 13/11/2018.They had given me 2 weeks timelines for receiving that but its been 2 months now and i have not received it.I have tried to check its online status of tracking thru Indian post as per the tracking its showing that transport authority has parcel it to the area post office but when i tried to show the same thing in the concern person of area post office as per them they have not received the parcel yet.

When i took this issue back to the transport authority janak puri(west deli zone) as per the concern person they have deliver the parcel to the area post office and also asked me that they have not received the parcel back from them but when i am trying the reach to the my area post office official as per them they have not received the parcel yet.I am pretty much disappointed how this system works and would request you to please look into this matter and do the needful so that i will get my license as soon as possible.

This complaint is related to the problem i am facing in getting the driving test date is not given to me. I visited to the authority 9 or 10 time in a mounth. And when ever i visit to they all way say that you have to talk to mlo and mlo said plz come tommarow. But now the learning license date in expired and the mlo is not presented in tha authority. Now i have to give some more money to take a date of driving test. My licence no is - dl 11/003577/2018
Now what i will do sir? My licence date is expired today and today the mlo was absent. And yesterday he said plz come tommarow.

From last 2 months i was taking driving tests and i had cleared both the tests (Lmv and mc). After that it took 15 days to get my driving license because pin code entered by your department was wrong.

Finally, i got a dl for lmv only and mc is not mentioned here.
I have proof that i have cleared both the tests (Lmv and mc)

I can't waste my time further on this and request you please help me on this on urgent basis.

Faathers name wrongly mentioned on driving lisence

My fathers name is mentioned speltwrongly in my driving licence two wheeler (Lmv). The correct name is shri munshilal mishra where as it is mentioned as mushilal mishra.

And i am going after three month for collect my driving licence but they are told me. My licence not receive in sekh sarai athority till now. So my quition is how this possible i need my licence bcs fine already paid at the time of sezing my licence. I have applied for permanent driving license and took driving test on 22nd of june. I was informed that i passed the test of mcwg and lmv and would receive text measage. My rto is faridkot (Pb04). Actually my friend also applied along with me and he received text message on same day of passing driving test. Moreover, his driving license is also ready to pick up tomorrow. But the status of my application is still showing approval stage. Kindly look upon my complaint and solve it.

Jh[protected] is my license no. I applied the same in deoghar, jharkhand.
How can office make such mistake by giving my license to someone else. When i send my friend to the license office deoghar to check whether my license has arrived or not there the office people said that someone already has received the same. They told him to apply for the duplicate. Why should i suffer on office mistake. I wantvan explanation. Why office let other person to collect my licence.

I need your help in this. Highly disappointed by such careless attitude of this organisation.

I have holding a learner license for two wheeler gearless from 2nd january 2018.. And it will expire on 1st july... And i am unable to generate my application num via online portal.. I have very much harassed for this.. Because whenever we have turned for examination during offline the rto beltala was shut down for over 10days... And now rto behala.. Which is the new centre of mine as per my address.. Kindly help resolve my issue as fast as possible because the format for ll num that is given in the online portal is not accepting my ll num and telling invalid learner licence number... Kindly help.. Because only a few days are left and my money will go waste otherwise.. Just because of the fault of online system and being a college student i am not free from classes all the time.

Resident of karol bagh new delhi. I would like to bring it to ur notice that theauthorities at sarai kale khan (Which happens to be my center fr providing license) is highly unprofessional. We are made to stand in long queues even when there are 3-4 windows for payment and paper work.
Secondly the authorities and the staff bodies treat us like we are some animals. And completely illiterate or something. They dont know how to talk to people younger than them and shout at us for small reasons. This is absolutely not acceptable and should be changed as this is not the way someone should treat someone.
The conduct should be atleast a little sweet and professional.
Moreover they asked me to back park the car (For test) which is usually not asked to do anywhere else. Everywhere else it is just asked to drive ahead and take a u turn (To the max) nothhing much...
I think these are enough reasons i have given u guys to take strict actions asap.

My licence mh09 [protected], applied for change of address from kolhapur maharashtra, to hyderabad, telangana. I had taken the change of address letter from rto kolhapur and submitted to rto khiartabad on 05.02.2018. Verification
Cum authentication details and letter were sent by rto kairtabad hyderabad, to rto kolhapur on 12.02.2018. Till date the same has not come back from rto kolhapur, it's almost 3months. Following up since last 2 months, nothing is moving.

I have applied online for learning licence for car and bike and have paid 950 rs fees. My resident is in punjabi bagh and i have choosen wazirpur licence authority. When i went there they said that my area's zonal office is in raja garden and you can apply for your licence from raja garden authority, but when i went there they said that you have paid the fees at wazirpur authority so your licence will be made from there or else you pay the fees again here. My name is varinder singh and i am serving in indian navy. I applied for my learning license 27/09/2017 and they have taken my photo twice and now when i get my license the photograph is not correct as my eyes are closed. Their little ignorance now cause me huge suffering as i have a little holidays so i request you to direct them to correct my driving license no PB70 [protected].

On 27th feb i applied for renewal of driving license. My residential address is chhatarpur and against it i submitted signed copy of voter card.
On 01/03/2018 i got sms that ; your driving license no dl[protected] has been dispatched with speed post tracking no ed[protected]in.

Then i started tracking it. I found it was first received at rohini sector-7 s. O. On 05/03/2018. From 5th to 8th it shows, item delivery attempted door locked - intimation served.
Then the consignment was sent to dwarka and as per tracking, on 09/03/2018, it was delivered.
What about my d. L and how come it be delivered to some one else and at another destination?

I had applied for driving licence on 19/12/17 and passed the driving licence test on 02/01/2018 with application number [protected] at sangrur in punjab. I visited driving licence office at sangrur a number of times. The staff provided me the driving licence number pb13 [protected] but i haven't received my driving licence yet. This shows that the company is not providing any service even after paying the fees required for the preparation of driving licence.

My father mr. Naresh kumar jain submitted a file to renew his dl in firojpur jhirka distt mewat on dated 13/12/2017. Even after one month he did not received his license. Whe they check from authority the did not tell anything.Then my father talked to sdm sir. Sdm told his officer to check where is the mistake.
After many requests they told him that there is some mistake from authority depart. They told my father to come on tuesday(23/1/18).All this process takes arond 5-6 hours on that day. My father again visit there today on 24/1/18 to collect his dl.
Then a person in authority called pandit ji talked to my father very rudely that why u dont came on tuesday and many more misbehave thing. Then my father told him that u r annoying and harrasing the people by calling him many times and delaying the thing. Customer has to wait 4-5 hours in a day.Then that guy pandit ji complaint the sdm sir. Then my father told sdm sir that he has not saying any wrong word.
Sdm sir told my father to wait 30 minutes to deliver the license .After 30 minutes mr anil told my father to receive license from the counter. My father went on the counter to receive the dl but they again refuse to give license. My father again waited for more than 30 minutes and requested for license .
Then the person mr pandit ji told my father to say sorry in front of all people and told that after saying sorry he will handover license. Then my father refused to say sorry. That mr pandit again suggest him to complain the sdm sir.Then my father came back to his home.
I want to konw that this type of people in the authority are fearless. Why they mis use their powers and refuse to handover the license. They are harrasing my father. Plz look into this complaint and take serious action .

My licence is made from godhra gujarat.
I am married in mumbai and on 17th nov 2017 i lost my licence as my wallet got picked when i was travelling in a bus.

Since than i am trying to get my licence but no luck. I have been trying to get a duplicate licence and mumbai rto tells me to go to gujarat to get my licence.

I am a mother of an infact and a 4year old and with 2travelling to gujarat becomes very hard for me.

Is there any online system when i give my driving licence pay the fees and i get the courier at my place. I drive almost daily and i need my licence at the earliest.

I a going to godhra on 23jauray and i am not getting an appointment for signature or verification whatever required.

Can i request help in a manner that i can avail this duplicate licence from the comfort of my home. Its just a duplicate licence so basically a reprint nothing where i have to be tested again etc.

Please look into it asap and try to get me my licence online.. That when i will call india is turning digital.

Dear sir, i applied online for the correction of name in the driving licence. After some days i call in the sdm office narnaul (Haryana-123001) they asked me send someone with an acknowledgement. When i send someone they asked me your licence will be in courier. When i didn't receive my dl then after some days i again called them but they didn't gave me the satisfied answer. They started cutting my fone call. When when i go to the sdm office they make different excuses. Sir i request you to please provide my driving licence as soon as possible. Thanking you.

I made my learning dl on date 19/07/2017 which is issue on date 20/07/2017 & i receive dl on date 27/07/2017 at my home address.
But when i made my permanent dl from learning dl on date 18/12/2017 (Serial no of receipt is ck-573927), i have not got my dl untill today.

Wtf is digital india if no alternate method of payments is accepted at government offices such as driving license committee. No discipline was found there at all. Today i was standing in queue to get receipt at a counter for about half an hour and what i noticed was that no one was following the queue and people standing in queue wasn't coming ahead so i took the other method that was followed by all that is pushing each other and coming forward then after about another half and hour of pushing my turn was finally there and then the person asked me to pay around rs.1300 and i got shortage of cash so i offered my card to him but he denied that card payment is not accepted here so please bring cash. (Digital india is a failure if digital payment is not accepted at govt. Offices). Still my work is not done due to no discipline at govt. Offices.

1. Mathew, intl dl agent took the money and documents for processing. Been more than a month has not sent the dl, neither is he now taking calls or responding to pings. Took money on 7th nov and promised the idl by 9th. Attaching the screenshot of conversation. It is now 2 dec, i have already travelled abroad and not yet got the license. Inspite of several reminders, he continued to say will send it but hasnt till now. I now notice there are previous conplaints too for the same person, i wonder how there has been no action on him till now. I still not recived my driving license, my status shows pending at dispatch of the dl and psv badge. Please take action on this complaint as soon as possible.

Yesterday i failed my test for permanent driving license and as said by the officials i need to pay rs. 300 more and just so you know, i have already paid 900 rs to them, 500 for learning license and 400 for the permanent test.

If not solved by you, i would go to the higher authorities and will tell them about this unreasonable demand for money on every re-test.
How are we supposed to learn if we have to pay money again and again? Moreover, there's no cost incurring on your side for which you are liable to ask money from us.
Please check into the matter asap.
