I applied driving licence for lmv and m/c with gr and got licence after passing both the tests with licence no 2/5828/2007. Unfortunately i didn't check my licence. Now i noticed that my licence is for lmv and m/c without gr. Will it be possible to correct my licence or i have to go again for driving test.. Kindly advice. Hope i will get my driving licence corrected.

I applied for learning licence on 25th july, 2017. After all formalities and test i was conveyed that you can take print out of learning licence after 24 hrs... Today is 5th august and it is still showing application status as pending for ll approval with rto authority... Is it only for july reason that i followed right channel i/o paying extra money to agent and getting licence... I m really disapointed with this kind of pathetic service as i dont wont to drive without licence and i m not proper support from authority for ll

In chandigarh court my driving license cancel for 3 months on date[protected] for red light voliation and judge said driving license will be got from muzzaffarnagar rto. But when i reach many times to muzzaffarnagar rto. He said here are no such driving licnese reached. How i got my driving licnse. Its been reached near about more than 6 month and i suffer to much problem.

Myself punith It is such a worst response they give .they just ask money for each and everything .since I have not received my DL through post even after 1 month, and when we came to the RTO office in battrahalli krpuram on 07-07-17, the person sitting in the cabin who is himself not a employee of RTO responded to us in a very bad manner .please take some action regarding this and learn to treat public in a proper manner .

What if a person who cannot read a question in 30 secs or is not educated enough to give online test properly but can drive a two wheeler very well isn't he eligible to have a LL/Permanent license due to this process he will not be able to give online test there must be some alternative for online test.
I went with my mother for her online test she can drive a two wheeler very well and she was eager to have a license but as she is new for using a PC or computer for online test she is facing lot of issues in getting a LL. Now before learning a 2 or 4 wheeler is it mandatory to learn PC/Computer and what if a person is not able to read and answer a question in 30 secs.?
Shouldn't be there any alternative for this process

A sum of Rs. 1000/- has been deposited vide Receipt No. MK -3298 dated 12/01/2017 in Central Zone S Kale Khan against Application No. [protected] for issue of driving licence - M.CYL. I had appeared in test and disqualified for non wearing helmet and lurner symbol not put in veh. The Inspector who present there is so harsh could behave properly. I had again reported on 18 May 2017 they asked to deposit Rs. 600/- for re-test.
The matter may please be looked into for remedial measure.

I want to apply for a learning license in Palghar (401404) Maharashta. But I have been asked to pay an amount near to 3000 rupees as charge for the license. But the ministry norms says the cost is of rupees 200. So i request Indian consumer department to lodge my complaint and help me to get a license with in the authorized amount asked by the ministry. Even the online service for license is not available for my district.

I, Rishabh Bucha, provided all the necessary documents which are required for obtaining a Learner's License. I also Paid a sum of Rs. 200 at the police station as they required it for some documentation works. I also submitted them my Medical Certificate as required by them. Now the examiner of the DT Office is asking for all the documents again in an electronic form. Also he says that it will take more time for the learner's license to come for approximately 1-2 months. he also said that I cant appear for the examination as he also have failed 3 times and so i need to find out some other measures for obtaining the Learner's License, thereby indirectly hinting me to get all my works done through a broker so that he could get his commission. i have already wasted around 2 months going to DT Office, Police station, SP Office. However it turned out to be of no use. is there no way to get my learner's license on time despite of following the prescribed procedures. Also i have noticed people getting their License without the presence of required documents. I want my problem to be solved immediately and want my Learner's License as soon as possible as i have already submitted the documents long before on 18th October, 2016. The incident of asking all the documents in electonic form has taken place on 29th November, 2016. The Sp Office provided me a no. 2720 to be used at DT Office for getting the Learner's License. Please note that I am referring to the DT Office of Goalpara Town, Assam.

When I were reached about 10:15am He refuse to cut slip of everypersion. He excuse that only 23 slips are cut in a day. Came tomorrow. It is total wastes of time for who came from rural area. I have lost one day. Because I have leave to delhi for couching classes. This complaint is about vichile licence employees. He behave rudely. There is no helpline no. For diret complaints regarding driving licence problems. Govt employees behave rudely. There should b helpline no. And employees should b punished. If there is no punishment they do so ever. Driving licence slip is not cut by them. They want to earn money for this way. Totally corruption.

I went to get my learner's license today. If was a very harrowing experience because of the following reasons-
1) there are a lot of touts who go to the front of the line and get their work done while I had to wait for 4 hours!
2) the staff at the authority were really rude and did not accept their mistake and I was charged double the fees.
3) it was a typical government office experience with me running from pillar to post to get my work done.
4) the officers were very rude, especially, the lady at the fee collection counter and the main licensing authority SVS Vats who was shouting and screaming for no reason. I was even told to take out torn scraps of paper from a dustbin and this is just shocking.
I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible

I reside at Nangloi and applied online for a Learner's License and chose IP Extension as my Transport Department. Even after paying the full fees, when I reached there, I was informed that they have some issues with the internet and would not be able to entertain me.

When I asked for the refund, they simply refused stating that I have to collect it from the Transport Authority itself.

As it is already mentioned on the Delhi's Transport website that for a non-commercial Learner's License, we can apply online and choose any Transport Authority to give our test and complete other formalities.

It is my humble request that you please look into this matter and kindly provide me the contact information of the designated person.

Dear Sir, its been around 45 days i have applied for permanent license and recieved a reciept in which the date i.e[protected] was mentioned to collect it from authority, but its painful to say that i have not recieved my license till the date. every time i visit office they ask me to wait and no further actions have been taken by them. it becomes very difficult for a person to take leave from office and go everyday to license authority and after that they do nothing. please help me as soon as possible. my license no. is 88451/2015. I got the mobile number [protected] from Quikr.com. He told that he will help for making driving licenses. I contacted him and he sent me a fake acknowledgment through Whatsapp. He asked me to pay him money for the service. I beleived him and paid him some money. Again he called me and asked for money. Finally I realised that he is a fraud. Please let me know whether I can do something to recover the money from him. I know about his bank account number.

Hi I applied for a license back in d month of April and had a test given as well !! I was planning to fly overseas hence gave the test early however did not go overseas because plan changed .. I then approached d agent and he told me to give a letter in writing stating that I am ready to give the riding test again and pay fine of 400rs hence gave him the letter on d 08/03/2015.. from that time till today I have not been contacted about d test and the agent keeps saying that d in charge in the RTO has not communicated anything as yet.. what should I do ?

I am living in malad west, earlier i used to stay in malad east when my license was issued to me in 2008 .My license was issued from tardeo office, My regional office comes under andheri branch.
I had applied for duplicate license with address change request. even i took help from the agent. but still i didnt get any response from the RTO.

Respected Sir/Madam, I have been approaching the Regional Transport Office(R.T.O.), Madurai(North) from the past two days for the purpose of getting the Learner's Driving License(L.L.R.) for my daughters who are aged seventeen and a half and sixteen and a half respectively.I had applied through online for the license authorising a person above 16 years of age to drive a MOTOR CYCLE WITHOUT GEAR.On the first day(25.05.2015) we waited for more than an hour with all the required documents, to pay the registration fee, after which the office staff informed me that both my daughters' ages were ineligible for the same.T hey sent us back without proper information.The next day(26.05.2015), I went back after verifying with the Tamil Nadu Government website regarding the age eligibility for the Learner's license which stated that "Any person who has completed 16 years of age may get a license for driving a Motor Cycle without Gear-not exceeding 50 cc".I was asked to meet the higher authority in the office.The Personal Assistant(P.A.) of the R.T.Officer told that it was possible for us to get the license;after which she again told us that it was not possible. It was disheartening to know that the office staff, especially the accountant was highly unhelpful throughout the process.Sir/Madam I was disappointed by the way she treated us.I request you to kindly tell your employees to be subtle and helpful so that they could help the general public. Sir I am a citizen of Delhi not able to get my driving license. It has been 5 days to me that i have been visiting the DTC office situated in Netaji Subhash Place Delhi and due to the irresponsible aittude of the staff at the office and the irreasonable rules made by them and also the major inbterference of the unorganised agents in the license authority i have to suffer this problem.Not only me but also numerous people like me have to suffer this situation. The procedure for driving licence is made online and there is no helpline available for any queries related to filling the form. How would a person who is unaware of all these procedures can complete the process of getting driving licence. Firstly do all the measures required and then start any new process.
