We have placed an order of linen shirt in lemon colour, as mentioned on the product description when ordered, but what i have recieved was not linen atall infact it was not even cotton, the product which i had recieved was a cheap polyester fabric which is very poor in quality, this shows that this co. Is cheating with customers as they show and describe something elase and finally the send something else, also their site is not under working...

Ordered for a cotton shirt but received a third quality polyester shirt of a totally different colour of rs 999.00.
On asking for a refund and returning the shirt there reply is this.

As we already mentioned our return and exchange policy, Exchange/Return is not accepted if the Customer does not like the material or colour of the product and We will refund the paid amount only if the order at delivery is damaged.

I ordered a white cotton double side pocket shirts looking was good but i received a single side normal white shirt ...they r cheater and lawyer...

I was order black cotton shirt but received different product and I am trying g to connect them by phone or email but not responding all links are fraud. Only order page is working rest not . Don’t buy them they totally fraud

I have ordered one shirt on 01/04/24 through Drokke website(Order I’d: #DK19042), I got my shirt but it was not the same what I have ordered. I ordered brown color shirt but it was some thing like saffron color. Immediately I have raised this concern through mail with Drokke, but they don’t accept for exchange even though I have attached the photos.

I purchased two shirts from them the quality of product is worst even the material what they have written is not provide and also the size which I selected is written on shirt but its a faulty size and after so many mails that send the photo of product fill the google form etc etc they are not returning my product if my product is not returned i will file a case againts them and will drag them to court

Drokke should be banned at once!

They did ‘it’ to me as well!

Sent and delivered the wrong product against my purchase with cash on delivery.

And they act weird to my efforts to return this item. No direct contact numbers. The only way to contact their customer service is by email, where they are not prompt at all. I have to send several reminders only to find the situation getting more complicated. I should get justice!

On 16th oct ordered for linen shirt priced at 1199.00 but when I received courier found a cotton shirt priced at 999.00. A case of cheating and fraud where purposely sent inferior item when try to contact them refused to xchange or return .Drokke is a total fraud co cheating customers thru FB ads . FB should immdtly stop their ads ...

I ordered 4 shirts from dorkke. They delivered only 3 shirts. They are is no information regarding remaining one. Shirts I got is very ill fitted and bad fabric. You can’t even think to wear it. They are not receiving calls. They are cheating people by selling product online. Waste of money. Please take a action against them.

Wrong sizes. Not accepting a exchange at least. Don't buy....

I had ordered M, but the fit is quite different. They are not accepting to change it to L and sticks saying that they do all quality check. They are quite arrogant and never reply to mails. Don't purchase from this site.

They cheated me sending the wrong products which was
1. very inferior quality
2. wrong sizes
3. products not at all per the pictures

When I contacted them they refused to accept the return or even exchange. It's a clear case of cheating customers....
