Actually i didn’t confirm the order… Still I received a mail saying "Order #3979 confirmed from the website Dropreels.com . The person who delivered the order was from Amazon .I have checked them & said that we didn't order & need to cancel . He said ..Pay the amount & go to the website to cancel the order. My daughter has paid Rs.799. For raising refund or return now the website is not accessing by showing like “Store Unavailable” The website was dropreels.com Now the same products were showing in another website as “flipfeels.com”…. I need refund.

Want refund as soon as possible

Kurti is not as per order and poor quality order 25 Aug 2022 invoice no k#[protected] so we don't want this product plz send address for return and want refund.

The order was completely different and in bad condition. Cannot be worn because the clothes are torn and smelling bad and already used. they have a refund policy but they are not replying on mail. it is a fraud company

I ordered 3combo dresses and they were very worst and damaged and I paid 1600 at delivery but dresses are very worst please give my money refund back

In the website it was shown different dresses and in the package its different. And all the dresses are damaged seems like used . Why you guys are fooling the customers and how you guys are sending damages clothe to customers. We can use this as just waste clothes for cleaning....

I have ordered pack of 3 dresses worth 799/- however I received old. Bad smell.. wrong dress. Wrong product. Not able to reach customer care. Link is also not getting open to place return order.

Product displayed and product received is completely out of order and completely defected product

I ordered 3 sets of dresses for 799/- on 18th August 2022.
Received the item today 26th Aug 2022

Damaged, old and used clothes with bad smell, also very small in sizes(kids clothes)

Kindly do something, I need refund!

Sir, i order a 3 pack of frock suit for 799 on 20th august 2022. but the dress received on 27 th august 2022 were not as per the shown photos and were damaged.

I ordered 3 clothes it has only 2 which is not same that i ordered it is torn and used please refund it

I surfed on their website and entered my details as for future reference. Now I got a call that my item is dispatched. I didn't order any item
And also I didn't get any message regarding confirmation of my order.

The website of dropreels where i ordered 3 dress but instead received i got totally torn and used 3 dress which is very old and with bad smell and without dupatta and bottom wear. I paid for it and it didn't worth it. I appeal that take action against this fraudulent. When i placed my order there is return policy available but after received parcel i can't contact that site now it's just unavailable on Internet.
Total fraud company.
