Date of loading from home guwahati 8th april.
Very poor service. Have not received consignment yet. 2 point delivery. Right from the time of calling for estimate till today it is hassling and stressful. My grievances in order:
1. Mr. Gajendar came very late for estimate when called.
2. Started packing 3 hours late from promised time.
3. Came with insufficient packing materials.
4. Tardy packing and very unprofessional behaviour by mr. Navin singh so called supervisor. He came very late and very rude.
5. The consignment was not shipped for till 18th april 2018. Repeated calls to call centre fell on deaf years. Call centre executives also did not give proper information. Very poor response.
6. Yesterday 1st may 2018 we got a call from mr. Ram from chennai that our goods have arrived and will be delivered today 2nd may 2018 in the afternoon.
Still not delivered. After repeated calls to mr. Ram he said there is nothing mentioned about 2 point delivery (For the first 3 calls he said it's loading.. Then he said it's loaded but problem with vehicle... Then 4th call he said 2 point delivery not possible). Whereas the guwahati people said it will be a two point delivery. Finally as spoken to mr. Gautham ([protected] - guwahati) 2 point delivery to valasaravakkam and vadapalani will be arranged as agreed during the time of booking and shipping.
Our goods haven't reached yet due to this highly unprofessional, slack behaviour of drs agarwal packers group. The least we expect is a speedy response and action failing which we have to think of other measures.
We are with transferable jobs and have always patronized drs agarwal packers but will have to reconsider if we should use this service in future.

My 2 House-hold items are not being delivered by Agarwal Packers and Movers, for more than 15 days, now. They are not responding to my query and lying to me. My consignment no.(from Bangalore to Mumbai) is 4479744.

Insurance claim not being paid for the damages

I had availed the services of DRS Group for transporting my stuff from Hyderabad to Delhi on 31st Aug, 2o14 under the GC No. 4398292.
While booking the goods, the supervisor who had come along to pack the stuff, asked for the current cost of goods that were important and valuable and said that if anything were to happen to the goods then this is the value you will be getting back. For eg.: the original cost of my AC was 30000 Rs. but the current cost of it was put as 12000. Also for the vehicle, when I asked about the cost to be put, I was told that vehicles are already insured and you do not need a separate cover.
Goods were delivered to me on 8th or 9th Sept and upon receiving the goods, I had pointed out that the bike seat cover, rear view mirror and mudguard was broken and scratched. I also informed the team that 4 pieces of bed parts were spoiled as the bed parts were made of particle board and in transit they were wet and thus out of shape. Also, tata sky dish was damaged in transit and I had to spend 750 Rs. to repair it as its stand was lost and never delivered with the receiver's arm bent and misaligned. After a lot of churn and email exchanges, Riya deployed someone to survey the items damaged and the surveyor agreed that the items were damaged and asked me to send him a message with the approximate cost of each.
I sent the SMS the very day for a total of 8500 Rs.(approx) and again after a couple of follow-ups, I was finally told that the bike is not insured and thus the claim for the same is not payable. Also regarding the bed parts, only 30% of the cost will be payable as the rest will be charged to depreciation.
After speaking to the company officials across all levels, ("Ashish - Claims head Delhi and "Sainathan - Claims head India"), I am not getting any satisfactory response and these people are not even talking properly now. And so I am filing a complaint in the consumer forum.
