One of item is lost during the shipping from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam (gc no - 4877809, dt 22/4/23). This moving company is very unreliable and the staff is illiterate. They demand money during the delivery and was forced to pay than originally agreed. They do not feel ashamed of all these things (really wonder are these staff human beings).

My trolley bag with expensive apparel was lost, even through my shipment was FCL and not shared. They have put same sequence number for two trollies which is first mistake. Second they cannot trace this with GC number. SO my strong suspicion is they have stolen my bag and they do not feel ashamed as I mentioned.

Their tracking department person never responds and they always tell stories.
My concern is not about the missing bag, but we can bring awareness to public to avoid this ### shifting company.
