My driving licence (Application no.- [protected]) was dispatched through speed post by RTO for one week, but still not received..I don't think it takes more than one week to deliver a speed post. I got the tracking number through mobile SMS but on the official RTO website, the dispatch status is not there, and when I am tracking the number through Indiapost online website, it shows no consignment found. I have applied for the DL a year back, but still I have not received my DL. I got my DL in Digilocker app. When visited to DTO office they said to purchase a receipt of Rs 450 for the same issue. I need to know why I have not received even after following all required process. And also what is this receipt for?...

I am rakib ali i have already applyed for a learners licence but when i try to book a slot system say slots are not available for 1 month so what i do now please help me. I request you to if there is possible to get every one for slot then our government have to open under 90days policy there if appliciant not slot book then system should automatically booked his slots.
