Online purchase d some items this site online purchase, but till not received orders conformation...

I purchased a product of kanjivaram silk Saree is 299 rupees.[protected]
In facebook ad zeecarte. Com website on Ducanmart seller site.

Payment paid through razorpay on Google pay.
Iam not receive any order confirmation messages or calls.
Please do fast on solve this problem

I have purchased product from dukanmart.

These people are fraud. Still there is no delivery and now after checking for order the site says that there is no store available.

Payment Id pay_HqDMYO165d8P3K make payment of 299, for the saree, didn't get delivery or any update related the order. money deducted from my account. there is no contact no & customer care no. help me out with this

We have purchased glass bowls from the Dukanmart and so far we have not received any information regarding the delivery of the glass bowls.
There was no address or contact information except for an email id and there is no response from them ([protected]@gmail.com)
