As i sreedhar i am from Andhra Pradesh, I purchased insurance for my vivo x80 mobile (cost 54999) from dymaje care vide their invoice no:DC[protected] dated :[protected] order no: 97246 dated[protected] amount is rs 3563.94 paid by credit card and then i raised request for cancellation of insurance
Reason : their my mobile no [protected] (as per receipt) not working, email id [protected]@dymaje.com not working, they are provided before payment cancellation is also available but now not possible to reach them by mail and contact number also how can i reach them please help me

      1. On 17.04.2018, I purchased an Apple iPhone 7 Plus, 32 GB from Reliance Digital for an amount of Rs. 57, 330/- (Rupees Fifty Seven Thousand Three Hundred & Thirty only)

      2. I purchased insurance from DymajeCare on 17/12/2019 for Rs. 3, 757/- (Rupees Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty-Seven Only)

      3. On 15/01/2020 while I was traveling in car with my husband from home, the phone was theft and FIR is lodged in Kumbalagudu Police, Ramanagar District FIR No: 0014/2020

      4. Same day, I informed Dymaje Care.

      5. They reject my claim in seven days as I did not submit a Non-traceable report. I explained to them, many times it takes at least 3 months to 1 year to get that report.

      6. After following up with police authorities, my phone was recovered in a dead state, and the same is mentioned in police and court records.

      7. I have sent a legal notice to the company thrice regarding this and the address is wrong. I have filed RTI with MSME to get the correct address.

      8. I took the phone to Planet Care (Apple authorized service center), Banashankari, Bengaluru. They informed me that, the phone is opened outside seeing the condition of the phone and they told me that, they shall not touch the phone as it is opened outside. I told them to provide this in writing, they denied it.

      9. I sent an email to Dymaje Care explaining this on 3rd Dec 2020. Explaining, they did not respond.

      I have filed a case in 4th Addl Consumer Forum Bengaluru, the case no is CC/361/2021

      The company's address is wrong, phone numbers are wrong.

      You cannot escape so easily, the Law is strong. Your details from MSME and payment gateway will be pulled.

      You cannot cheat people and escape from the law.

      I still have hope and waiting for a resolution from the company. If you intentionally want to commit this fraud, then face the consequences.

        I bought an insurance plan from this company before buying the insurance i already had a conversation with one of their customer care executive and confirmed all the required details. I also confirmed that if my documents won't be approved from their end what will happen to that they said i can cancel it and they will deduct 20% of the Insurance ammount. I was also told it will take about 24 hours to complete the whole process. Later when i submitted the documents firstly i didn't get the Reply approval for the same within 24 hours and their phone wasn't reachable, they were not replying to the mails. Later they asked for some more documents including the video of the phone. I sent the same and received their replies after 4-5 days for again another video after sending many mails they replied and asked for another video when i sent the video they suspended my account and since then they didn't Reply. Their no is not reachable. They aren't replying to the mails. Lastly they claimed that i was filing a complaint against a damaged product but there was no written policy about the same and their customer executive confirmed me that even if my product is damaged i can file for the insurance and they would do their provesd and if then my documents don't get approved they would deduct 20% and return back my money, now they said i was doing fraud and submitted the wring request and that they would file a complaint against me for the same. I am a lawyer and as per i know before giving menthe insurance they cannot take any hold of my money. If they had given me with the agreement of insurance they would have claimed for the same. They said i can claim for My return within 15 days of the purchase but they took mors than two weeks to reply as you can see in the mail. I also have recordings of their executive confirming that i will get the refund with 20% deduction incase the documents are cancelled due to any reason. But they did not received my call and took 2 week or more to reply.

          I purchase a mobile protection my samsung galaxy j7 max from dymaje care 28 june . and my order nom. is 42105. in this policy all protection available here. i lost my mobile 16 july 10 AM. i tell dymaje company to my mobile lost. or 3 hour after i got my mobile on the road damage condition. i tell dymaje care company to i got my device and damage condition.i tell dymaje care company to repair my mobile in this mobile protection policy. and company has been susspended to my insurance policy.
          please repaier my mobile in this insuarance policy

          if your issue has been resolved please inform me because i am facing the same issue with this company if not then what you did?. Not only me there are so many people (check the reviews) they just reject the claim by giving silly excuses. please reply me on email: monika.[protected]@gmail.com
