09.08.24 I had applied for DSC with E-Mudhra having their officeeMudhra Digital Campus, No 12-P1-A & 12-P1-B,

After taking money they are not giving me support for DSC For E sIGNING THE TENDER DOCUMENTS.The e-MUDHRA IS DEFUNCT ORGANISATION.Action needs to be taken against the company

I applied for eMudhra DSC (Digital Signature Certificate), It's been more than 6 Days, but the application is still under process for DSP Approval.

Dear E-Mudhra Team,

Since the inception of creation of Partner account, I am facing errors and technical issues from your technical team end in completing my KYC in the LOGIN ID:DASSMITA (REQUEST TO TRANSFER - ARUNBHALEKAR)

Since, E-Mudhra has now mandated KYC compliance, I am unable to Log-in and use my Product keys' balance.

To resolve the same, I have created one new Log-In for which I have completed KYC compliance (New LOG-IN ID is ARUNBHALEKAR ).

I know that there is a transfer of product keys' system on E-Mudhra account but due to problem in Log-in, I am unable to transfer the same.

Request you to transfer all the product keys' balance (8 Nos.) from 'DASSMITA' to 'ARUNBHALEKAR'.

The new account has been created from the e-mail [protected]@gmail.com and Mobile No. [protected] in the name of ARUN MARUTI BHALEKAR

PLEASE CONSIDER THE SAME TOP PRIORITY AND DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.

Dear sir,
We have purchased one class iii digital signature & encryption certificate from e-mudhra for 3 years on march 2017. @ rs. 5, 500/- & it had been working properly.
It was found non-functioning on september 2017.
We contacted e-mudhra customer care for resolving the issue. As revealed during discussion with customer care team of e-mudhra & subsequent remote checking of our trust key usb token by them through anydesk, encryption certificate was found whereas digital signature was not found in the token. We request them for recovery of the same from their database. But, they denied to provide support & recommend to purchase a new digital signature on 12-10-17, which is completely un-ethical business practice. Please note that, as per their software digital signature cannot be copied or saved which is normally allowed by other software applications, in order to enable customer self recovery.
Therefore, we would request you to kindly take necessary action in order to recover the concerned digital signature to enable us to resume our related work.

I had submitted application for pan card 2 months before through e-mudhra.com.I had provided all documents asked by them by post end send them scanned images of my proofs.I dont think that 2 months will take for processing only.(just to confirm that they had received all documents) But just because I had not given them extra money they are keep pending my application. I had call their customer center in the number[protected] and they are not bothered to help me even three times the call were DISCONNECTED from there side. They are insulting me. They are asking for the initials of my father and my address proof which I had send them 6 times and are confirmed by customer care executive that they received my mail.
